La ubicación, y la comodidad de tener garaje para poder aparcar el coche.

El apartamento tiene todo lo necesario para pasar unos días. Todo estaba limpio y ordenado cuando llegamos. La ubicación es excelente, no hay problemas para aparcar y está a unos diez minutos del centro. El hecho de que haya un supermercado abajo es un plus.
Si bien es todo un detalle que dejaran un par de ventiladores porque hacía muchísimo calor, uno de ellos hacía demasiado ruido y el otro no funcionaba.
Por otro lado, los vecinos de arriba hacían también mucho ruido a eso de las tres de la tarde, como si corretearan de un lado a otro. Pero esto no es un problema del alojamiento en sí.
Aun así, no son para nosotros un condicionante para volver a reservar en este alojamiento.

Great location. Be aware that there are no elevators so if you are walking with extra luggage, you might be a bit tired by the time you arrive and have to carry them up the stairs. However, it is fairly easy to get to from the bus/train station with a taxi. Be aware that most stores are closed on Sundays, and restaurants do not serve dinner until after 8 PM. Gadis which is a pretty good grocery store is next door so you can get anything you want. We had good internet WiFi. The hot water situation was okay because you do need to give the water heater some time between showers to freshen up a new supply of hot water (15 to 30 minutes).
Overall, there was nothing we didn't like. There's no A/C but we did not have hot weather so that might be a source of discomfort.

La ubicación, la limpieza, y que tenga plaza de garaje. La plaza está bien, pero si eres un poco torpe maniobrando te puede costar, no te desanimes, acabas cogiendo el tranquillo.
La televisión es antigua, si quieres ver Netflix tienes que llevarte una tablet o un portátil.
Aunque el propietario no tenga la culpa, la campana de la iglesia, que está pegada al balcón de un dormitorio, empieza a tocar a las nueve de la mañana. Por la tarde, los críos del piso de arriba entran en una catarsis de carreras, saltos y gritos que hacen complicado echarse la siesta.
En el armario del dormitorio sólo estaba operativo la mitad, había unas pegatinas que decían "uso privado, no abrir"
Por último, resulta que una de las habitaciones estaba cerrada, preguntamos al propietario y nos dijo que el precio era por dos personas, por lo que cerraba la habitación para evitar que le hicieran la trampa y entrara más gente. Nos sorprendió bastante, porque no nos había pasado nunca. Hay que decir que nos comentó que si lo necesitábamos por algo, pasaba a abrirla. El caso es que cuando yo contraté el alquiler, no se me informó de ésto, en la plataforma, en la información ponía apartamento de tres dormitorios.
