This 1050 sq ft. condo located on the 3rd floor (4 sets of stairs) with one Bedroom, one Bathroom, on the beach condo is a welcome haven from the busy life. Whether you prefer relaxing by the pool or to walk 20 feet onto the white sands, this condo offers an escape from the world. With a King size Bed and a Queen Sofa sleeper this a perfect family getaway. Building was built in the early 1970's so unfortunately no elevators.
Enjoy your morning coffee and evening watching the sunset on the balcony with 2 Chairs and side table to overlooking the sugary white sands and emerald waters.
Turn Key ready with all the amenities you might need. Fully stocked kitchen includes microwave, toaster and coffee maker. Internet access available. Large TV with cable and streaming services. DVD player in Living room, and Master bedroom with TV and Cable also. Dining area for up to six plus a portable high chair.
Beach accessories available for your use, chairs, towels, sand toys, and swim noodles. There is a Washer/Dryer in Unit for convenient cleanup or in the guest laundry room located on the ground level. Parking for one under covered parking area, 2 guest parking spaces in the parking lot and additional parking on the side of the building.

Great stay, right on the beach. The apartment has all you need for a great gateway. The pull out bed is a bit uncomfortable other than that all was good.
