Convenient location and very close to train station and Woolworths. Security features at main door and bedrooms felt very safe. Quiet place with polite people living there. Room was very clean and well kept with very comfortable bed and room facilities, fridge, deck and wardrobe. Room was excellent.
The common areas such as kitchen, laundry and bathrooms are very nice and modern but unfortunately not very well kept and not cleaned properly. I think this a problem with the cleaning contractors.

Location great, pretty quiet considering right next to the station. My partner enjoys that there is a beautiful big temp (few houses down) nearby.

Too hot in the room, we lived in room on ground floor last time, that was amazing. But the one upstair was hot and humid.
