The bed was comfortable

Nearly all of the common areas were dirty. The fan in my room was faulty and would jiggle across the floor when I turned it on. There was a man swearing loudly late into the night. The bathroom was usually flooded. The shower head was broken (bandaged with a chux wipe). There was no toilet paper for half the time I was there.

Location was close to shopping facilities, train station & my course training location

The bed was terrible. One side of the mattress had a sag in it so bad you needed a spinal alignment after sleeping in it. Also one bathroom for the amount of people sleeping there isn’t enough.

Convenient, comfortable

The room was excellent. Noisy because of being by the bathroom, but convenient as well. It was so handy to the trains which I used all the time.

The shower was noisy, and my milk got thrown out whilst I was still there. Otherwise all OK

enjoyed our stay, defiantly worth bookingn as a two person due to being able to split the costs. as an individual I thin

really enjoyed our stay in this property, it had great facilities and the rooms were spacious. a cleaner came regularly to maintain the social areas and bathrooms free washers was a blessing along with very nice showers.

the rules of the property were reasonable, my only concern was the No flushing of toilet paper and wipes sign in the bathrooms. this led to some guests leaving a bit of a mess. if there’s no real plumbing issues which the owner stated I’m unsure as to why they’re asking guests to use the bin.

Too hot in the room, we lived in room on ground floor last time, that was amazing. But the one upstair was hot and humid.

Good value and great location

Was in a great location, super close to the shops and train station, which made it easy to get into the city and for sightseeing. The room itself was clean and tidy. We were provided with plates, cups, utensils and towels. WiFi was at good speed and easily accessible. The best part is the big shower with excellent shower pressure and hot water. There was some shared food goods (ie, oil, salt, seasonings, rice, etc.) in the kitchen, which was a nice surprise.

The kitchen and common areas are a little dirty, probably due to the amount of users. Could use a deep clean. Only one shower and toilet upstairs among about 5 rooms , so you couldn't use the toilet if someone is in the shower.
