The Primary bedroom offers comfort in a king bed, Flat TV, walk-in closet, en suite bathroom, with a walk-in shower in fresh updated coastal charm. The bright and cheery second bedroom also features a king bed and plenty of storage for your long stays. The third bedroom features twin beds with a walk-in closet across from a full laundry. Best location on the beach! Condo itself was nice but could use just a little TLC. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was well equipped. Over all our stay was amazing and everyone is trying to figure out when we can go back!

This was our first time in Anna Maria Island. The condo is right on the beach and the view is spectacular! Being able to watch the sunsets right from the balcony was amazing. The condo is spacious and a quick walk to the beach and pool.
This condo could be 5 stars but it definitely needs some things addressed. There was a broken chair (this appears to have been mentioned almost a year ago in a review) and it is still broken along with curtains along the slider. It appears that the entire condo could use a deep cleaning as it just seemed dingy in many areas. Also for the amount of money paid it would be nice to have a few better starter items like a tissue box. Overall I would stay here again but just a little TLC could make this place spectacular.

We loved this home. Everything was clean and comfortable. The only problem we encountered was that there were not enough towels. We had 6 bath towels for 6 people and 6 beach towels. We were constantly washing towels. But other than that everything was amazing.

Property was amazing, the views from balcony of daily sunsets were awesome. We have already rebooked for next year. Few things needed repair, and a little pricey. But that being said we had a awesome time.

We loved the location, view, distance to the trolley, and the quiet beautiful beach. It was perfect for our needs. 2 king beds was a plus.
There were a few maintenance items that could use attention ( loose chair leg, lightbulbs out, etc and we left a note for management) but we highly recommend this condo.
FYI There were some some broken chairs and boogie board in the outside closet you probably want to throw away. We brought our own so it wasn’t a problem. We are grateful to have been able to stay at this restful place.

The property was just as promised. The location on the beach meant steps to the beach for walking along the water and seating on the balcony for enjoying the waves and the sunsets. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed and more! There were plenty of towels and a washer and dryer to freshen them when we needed. Lovely vacation - beautiful place for a retreat.

We really enjoyed our stay on Anna Maria Island. The condo is located right on the beach with a balcony overlooking the sand and water. The open concept of the condo was perfect for our family to hang out at the end of a beach day. The pool area was nice with a view of the ocean. The communication with the rental agency was easy they promptly answered any questions I had.

Last minute luck. . .
Well, we got lucky. They had a cancellation and we had time. What a treat to see AMI and Holmes beach for the first time. Sometimes pictures oversell the location and in this case it did not. Condo is second floor on the beach. I forgot sandals. . it did not matter... barefoot all week. Mattress is always a key for me. All were fabulous as were the linens. Pool is very nice. Ocean is cold. It's February. :)

Great view and location!
We have stayed on AMI many times and this was the first time we were able to stay on the beach. The view was fantastic! The unit was perfect for our family. It was updated and equipped with everything we needed. We never had any issues and felt very comfortable. We loved it so much, we have already re-booked the same place for an upcoming trip.

Wonderful property; great condo. Contact for rental promptly fixed small things that needed fixing. Only drawback for us was upper location with no elevator. We are 6 ladies in our 80’s so suitcases were a problem. Next time please indicate floor location and/or elevator. Otherwise, everything was great.

We had a great stay at Gulf Place 2 with our family. The unit had everything we needed. Beach towels, chairs, beach umbrellas, etc. were provided. The kitchen was very nice and had everything we needed to cook our meals. We especially loved how close we were to the gulf. We could watch our older kids down at the beach from the balcony. There was a lot of small ants all over the kitchen area and we found several palmetto bugs that we had to get rid of. The king beds were some what comfortable, they had a big piece of foam on the top of the mattresses which made the beds too soft for our liking. But, overall we would definitely come back and stay again.

There are no ceiling lights or fans so if you sleep hot, pack a fan. The place wasn't very clean but management responded quickly. Now for the good stuff.... forget the inside of the condo. Sit on the magnificent screened porch.... then open the screen door and walk down the few steps directly on to the white soft sand. From there you will take just a few steps to the ocean. That is what you are paying for. And it was amazing. The sunset.... oh.... gorgeous!!!! The beach, the ocean, all just beautiful.

Beautiful Beach and View
The location of the property is perfect and right on the Beach! The overall experience with the property was good. I would've given it 5 stars if the following didn't happen. First, the air conditioner wasn't working properly upon arrival which the maintenance man came to fix within 3-4 hours which I thought was great. Second, construction of a new condo beside the property caused us to not have water for a whole day, which is very inconvenient. The property was clean except for the floors. Our feet were black which caused us to buy a mop. I would recommend that the property manager have the cleaners mop the floors. We also had one couch cushion that was missing. Other than a few setbacks and cleanliness, we really enjoyed our stay. We had the perfect view of the sunset every night from our private balcony. The pool was nice and clean. Management was quick to respond in all aspects.

Beach Retreat
We have come to the Island for years. This property has an outstanding view and a lovely layout. Beds were very comfortable which was important to us since we have stayed in places with poor quality mattresses. The kitchen was well equiped which again was helpful compared to some other places. Response was warm when we called and whatever help we needed was quick . Would love stay in this location again.

First trip to Anna Maira Island. Beautiful condo and fun vacation. They were doing a beach renovation project that they apparently do every 7 years. That took away from the beach a little, but it was still a blast!
