Most of the staff were friendly, also location was decent but very far from stations, need to be willing to use buses
When the dryers are full of clothing from inconsiderate people who leave their clothing inside, there is a sign on the dryers that states that the employees are allowed to take out clothes to free up space for other guests that need to use the dryers. But when I asked staff for permission to remove the clothing from a dryer, the staff refused even though the sign was right there.

The location was excellent it had 24 hour check in which worked well for us arriving late at night

Close to a metro station and golden gai etc, so very good to explore close by but easy to go further afield
