My room was functional (single bed with good mattress) and clean, with a decent sized balcony overlooking a small Park. The location is good if you want to be near the southern uni campus. It is a bit off the city center but a bus 100 m away will take you there in about 15 to 20 minutes. The great thing is the bakery next door waiting for you to have breakfast and other small meals. You'll also find to supermarkets next door.
The room features a kettle for heating up water.
Shampoo and/or shower gel were in very sparse supply.

From parking space to kitchen availability to quiet night sleeps. i liked the clean surfaces of the room.
the pillow was a bit dusty and i am allergic to dust. everything was clean and new.
