Superb apartment! Was happily surprised how big it was and the roof balcony was great. Well equipped - comfy bed - loads of cupboard space- 2x tv - nice touch with the Bluetooth speaker.
Only minor issue was that the nespresso machine didn’t heat up.
Free gym and use of ironing equipment which we took advantage of. Ideal location for venturing into town and the Berg

Stayed for 2 nights in their wonderful apartment for NYE. Had plenty of room for the family to spread out.

Rather recently renovated. Enough space in the suite. No daily service! 10 minutes walk to train station. 20 minute’s distance to the Nuremberg Airport by taxi.

The building is very new and the rooms are modern. I loved the shower from the roof top which was easy to adjust to the right temperature.
Check-in was done using self-service systems with information from Zeitwohnhaus. Also they had a computer in the entrance for browsing or printing out documents. Very practical.
There were several vending machines. Unfortunately the first one did not work but the one in the basement did. In the basement there is a gym where you can workout. There is also a washing corner but I did not use that.
The TV in the room has regular german TV but Netlifix and YouTube available.

The hotel and room were very nice and clean. The fact that there is a small gym in the basement is a big plus as are the laundry facilities.

Morning breakfast was sensational! Accomodation was modern, clean and tidy. Location is handy to many great restaurants, a very quiet and peaceful surroundings - Erlangan a beautiful village.

We loved our stay in the family deluxe apartment, in fact, we wish we could have stayed longer. It was quite spacious, well equipped and comfortable. The keyless, coded room entry was brilliant. It was so nice not having to carry around a keycard and worry about losing it. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. There were many restaurant options plus a grocery store nearby. We would definitely stay here again.

Superb hotel. We are super happy, except informasjon about parking. It should informe better on hotels.com. We had to use public parking that was hard to find.

You get a lot of emails for codes to get into the building and room and check in. Front desk only staffed till 5pm. No chance to get in before 3pm, but we could leave suitcase at front desk. I hope they would have put it in the room had we come back after 5pm! Very small room, no a/c on a hot day (you have to leave window open at night and it’s busy out there!), very small bathroom. Two people can’t move freely. They have a kettle and instant coffee and tea in the room. Restaurants everywhere in area. Excellent location for the University and hospitals. Ten minutes walk to train station. Clean room. Looks nice. Front desk lady was nice.

We booked Zeitwohnhaus Family Apartment. It provided two separate bedrooms and space since we stayed two weeks. The location was perfect as it was half way between the center of town and family. Great location! Stay were friendly. The place was clean and a good size. We would book here again.

I had a wonderful stay in this hotel - it's absolutely value for money! I was impressed by the interior design of the hotel and breakfast was super (good selection of food and even sparking wine was included in the price of 15€). Overall cleanliness was sufficient especially if one does not pay attention on details like dusty air conditioner or dirty door handles.

These were excellent apartments in a very convenient location. They are clean and modern with plenty of room and amenities.
The reception closes fairly early and we had to use the key pads to enter the apartments which was fairly complicated the first time. After the initial entry it was a simple passcode entry which was ideal.
Had a couple of issues logging into the provided WiFi |(although this may have been a problem with my ipad) but on the whole this was good with a good signal.
They do offer a breakfast buffet which we didn't use as this seemed rather expensive and there were loads of cafes etc nearby. All in all a good experience.

Room very clean bright and comfortable. Short walk to train. Small grocery store across the street. Good breakfast onsite and good limited lunch menu. Surprisingly, a Domino pizza across the street had fantastic pizza- unlike US stores. Many shops and places to eat close by. Most of all- super safe. My daughter and I walked to hotel from train station at midnight. Not one problem. Excellent property.

The breakfasts were amazing! So much choice and variety. The rooms were a little bit hot, but very spacious for the price. Great location for the beer festival. Really cool layout and lovely touches, such as welcome drinks/drinks for those who were going out and about for the day.

These apartments are absolutely fantastic and excellent value for money. Located within a 10 minute walk of the train station and surrounded by a number of very good restaurants. The staff are very polite, extremely helpful and speak faultless English. The rooms are spacious, clean and modern which made my stay there very comfortable and enjoyable and breakfast buffet was one of the best that I have ever seen, the quality and choice was unbelievable.

Modern and new. Central location in Erlangen, parking also without any issues. Great choice for breakfast (also smoothies), I would appreciate little bit more vegetables.
