This beautifully updated 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms condo is just in the heart of Sarasota. Quite community, with heated POOL, and community laundry. This unit comes with screened balcony for privacy and is fully furnished. New A/c, 2 Smart TV's, WI-FI and each room have a Fan. Only a few blocks away from Gulf Gate shopping with some of the best restaurants Sarasota has to offer. Close to "Legacy Trail", 12.5-mile, paved route sits on an abandoned rail corridor is popular with bicyclists & walkers, (about 5 miles away). Great area! RATES VARY from $85-$120 (per-night) based on the month preference. Unfortunately, NO PETS ALLOWED. This property is listed for VACATION purposes only!

Condo was clean but needs some update in kitchen. Also didn’t care for check in , unit was unlocked keys was inside. Also when leaving had to leave condo unlocked and left keys where I found them. Lack of communication for sure! Couldn’t understand the managers language. Liked location and pool! Got a good price!

Gulf gate estate
Our biggest frustration was the “heated” pool. It never got warm enough to be comfortable. Maybe listing what the heated temperature is would help. The toaster and air fryer could be updated. A swiffer for the floor would be very helpful. The living room is really dark. A side table by the sofa with a lamp would be very helpful. The toilet in the bathroom was badly cracked and if it were mine it would be replaced. The master bath toilet did not consistently flush and had to be plunged frequently.

The overal complex is poorly managed.
Noisy location.
The kitchen was sparcly furnished to say the least.

Our landlord, Lioubov, was very responsive to any questions or concerns we had, and was eager to ensure our satisfaction.

Florida 2020
This location was exactly what we needed. Everything was very, very clean and newly remodeled. The owners were very attentive to us when we sent a text. Quick response. The location was perfect for visiting the beaches. We went to more beaches this past trip then any other year. Great shopping for local produce. Golfing close as well as the Legacy bike trail that we traveled on daily. Enjoyed our trip.
