Nestled in Bordeaux, this charming condo for $346 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. ## THE APARTMENT Located on the first floor of a secure building in a historic and peaceful district of Bordeaux, right across from the sublime Public Garden, discover our spacious 73 sqm duplex. Recently renovated in a style reminiscent of the chic of the Arcachon Basin, this apartment combines elegance and modern comfort. This accommodation, ideal for families, offers three bright bedrooms, each carefully decorated, providing an oasis of tranquility after your days of exploration in the city. The spacious and elegant living room, bathed in natural light, is the perfect place for convivial moments. The wooden terrace, a true haven of peace, invites you to enjoy the fresh Bordeaux air. The apartment's modern kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, fridge, coffee machine, dishwasher, and cooking plates, offering you everything you need to prepare and share delicious meals just like at home. The apartment has two bathrooms, one with an integrated toilet, and a separate WC. We pay special attention to welcoming our guests with personalized concierge service and an on-demand breakfast option for a carefree stay. A baby cot is also available free of charge (sheets not provided), ideal for young families. The location of the apartment is perfect for exploring Bordeaux. Several tram lines nearby will allow you to move around easily, while enjoying the calm and history of the neighborhood. Discover Bordeaux from this unique duplex, your perfect pied-à-terre for an authentic local experience. A cot can be provided at a cost of €20 per stay and €30 with a high chair. ## DEPOSIT A bank imprint of €350 will be requested as part of the rental. In the form of a payment link and managed by the secure online service Swikly, it is compulsory and must be made before arrival in the accommodation. The amount is not blocked or debited and does not affect the maximum amount you can use your credit card. You will only have to pay a service fee of €4,45. Within 7 days of your departure, and subject to compliance with the general terms and conditions of sale, as well as the return of the property in perfect condition, this operation is automatically cancelled. ## EXCHANGES WITH TRAVELERS One of our concierges will contact you the day of your arrival to organise your check-in. Arrivals are normally from 4 pm to 8:30 pm, however it is possible to arrive later, on request, with a supplement of €10 per additional hour. ## GETTING AROUND From Mérignac airport: Take tram A from Mérignac aéroport to Gambetta Mériadeck and then take bus 15 or 4 from Galerie des Beaux Arts stop to Jardin Public stop. From Saint Jean train station: Take tram C from Gare Saint Jean stop to Jardin Public stop and walk for 5 minutes. The apartment has no parking. To park your car, parking in the streets is free only from 7 pm to 9 am and on Sundays and public holidays. The public parking "Cité Mondiale" is located 10 minutes from the apartment. Good location, a little bit away from the centre, but near enough to comfortably walk, nearby park a welcome break from the hustle bustle.
Hire bikes available over the road as well as usual transport options.
Apartment not as new as appears on the photos, needs some TLC, broken door handles, unlockable bathroom etc.
Note: the bedding is an additional fee after booking! It does say it in the small print....

Appartement très bien placé près du Jardin Public, des transports en commun, qq commerces. quartier agréable.
Bien agencé (assez grand, une chambre en haut et 2 en bas avec leur salle de bain, petite terrasse au calme )

L'emplacement est top, l'appart est confortable, chaleureux et lumineux. Nous étions 5 et nous y sentions très à l'aise.
Nous avons notamment beaucoup apprécié l'agencement en étages et les 2 salles de bains et toilettes.
Et la terrasse est un gros plus non négligeable.
Toutefois, des petits éléments mériteraient un rafraîchissement (comptoir de la cuisine, robinetterie, TV...). L'ajout de luminaires dans le salon en permettrait une utilisation plus cosy, ainsi qu'une petite enceinte connectée pour avoir un fond musical. Ce qui ajouterait beaucoup de confort à peu de frais ;)
Quoi qu'il en soit, nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour dans cet hébergement !

The place is really good. The living space is spacious. The lower bedrooms are very compact but fine for sleeping. All the beds are very comfortable. Bathrooms very clean. On the corner of the public gardens with a wonderful botanical garden, such a peaceful and at the same time lively place. It is great to be able to.walk through the public gardens down towards the centre and river. An excellent range 9f restaurants just north around Croix de Seguey tram stop

Nous avons passé un beau séjour dans cet appartement qui nous a permis de télé-travailler (bon wifi !) et de profiter de Bordeaux. Le jardin public juste à côté est très agréable. Si le salon et la cuisine sont très spacieux et lumineux, les deux chambres du bas donnent sur rue et sont mal insonorisées donc des boules quies sont à prévoir.
L'accueil par Hanane est très sympathique et arrangeant, malgré toutes les contraintes posées par les propriétaires en terme de règlement (pas de soirées, pas de bruit, pas de cigarettes sur le balcon.. sous peine d'éviction manu militari).

We've had a wonderful experience in this apartment. The manager was nice and very available the apartment was very clean even if sometimes had been left broken/dirty by previous customers. Nonetheless, I highly recommend this apartment for its location and size, as well as for the amazing service provided by the managers.

Jolie appartement et spacieux. Lits très confortables malgré les fenêtres des deux chambres du bas qui ne sont pas isolés et qui donnent sur la rue. Malheureusement, Nous n’avons pas eu accès aux clefs de la terrasse, qui étaient apparemment égarées ; ayant sélectionné cet appartement pour sa terrasse, nous sommes assez déçus (nous passions par la fenêtre de la cuisine avec un escabot pour y accéder...).

L’emplacement permet l’accès rapide au cœur de Bordeaux, un parking est disponible mais pas à proximité immédiate.
L’accueil du concierge est aux horaires déterminés mais il n’ y a pas de réel état des lieux, seulement une visite rapide des locaux ; nous avons constaté que le four n’avait pas été nettoyé par les précédents locataires.
L’appartement est conforme à nos attentes.

Very nice apartment in great part of town. Service of agency was not so great as they arrived 30 minutes late to let us in and provided two wrong internet passwords before we finally found the correct one ourselves.

Bel appartement très bien situé en centre ville, permettant de se passer de voiture. Gros volume du a une belle hauteur sous plafond et une belle petite terrasse où on trouve de la fraîcheur.
Le jardin juste de l'autre côté de la rue est agréable et la ville vraiment superbe.

Appartement fonctionnel, bien placé et adapté aux familles
+: L'emplacement, littéralement aux portes du Jardin Public. Tout peut de faire à pied et le recours aux transports publics n'est pas nécessaire, même si le logement est bien placé pour accéder à ceux-ci.L'appartement, situé dans un immeuble XVIII° en pierre bordelaise. est très bien équipé (lave vaisselle; lave linge - sèche linge), clair et propre. Les trois chambres sont de vraies chambres, moins exigües que les photos sur le site ne le suggèrent. À noter que deux des trois chambres sont en souplex (chose qui n'est pas explicitée sur le site) mais ce n'est guère gênant. L'appartement est réellement très bien adapté aux familles. La caution de 350 euros est un pré-paiement et ne nous a pas été débitée. Wifi Orange la fibre, très efficace. Quelques capsules Nespresso mises à disposition, ainsi que quelques éléments d'épicerie (sucre, pâtes), ainsi que quelques dosettes de lessive / lave vaisselle.
- : Le manque de souplesse en ce qui concerne l'heure d'arrivée (pas avant 16h) et surtout de départ (entre 8h et 10h). Tout aménagement de ces plages horaires est tarifé. L'employé nous a dit sans sourciller que nous pouvions partir avant huit heures si nous le souhaitions. Même si cela est annoncé sur le site, les 49 euros supplémentaires pour le ménage et le linge (draps, serviettes de bains) mériteraient d'être intégrés au tarif annoncé d'emblée, puisqu'il semble difficile de faire sans.
Le jeune homme qui nous a reçus était très poli et avenant mais l'état des lieux d'entrée a été expédié: nous avons découvert des défauts mineurs après le départ de l'employé (ex. éclairage défectueux, tiroir de penderie déboité, mur abîmé) et les avons signalés immédiatement, photos à l'appui, tout défaut non signalé étant imputable aux locataires sortants. Enfin, nous avons eu la mauvaise surprise de constater que les serviettes sales utilisées par les occupants précédents avaient été oubliées dans le panier à linge (d'où le bémol en ce qui concerne la propreté).

Appartement très fonctionnel et extrêmement bien placé.
Grand appartement agréable dans un bel immeuble bordelais en face d'une des entrées du joli jardin public. Très bonne relation rapide et précise avec le gestionnaire. Accueil parfait, la literie est de très bonne qualité. Les deux salles d'eaux très propres et bien conçues.
J'ai mis 4 étoiles pour la propreté non pas à propos de l'appartement qui était impeccable mais pour la terrasse couverte qui pourrait être plus accueillante. (C'est un simple conseil bien sûr.)
