Located on the 7th floor of the Sandy Beach Resort this light filled, corner unit has a direct oceanfront view. Drink your morning coffee on the balcony and watch the sunrise. Relax by one of the many pools or head out to the beach.
The Sandy Beach Resort is modern and clean with lots of amenities. Featuring two heated outdoor pools, jacuzzi and kids splash area there are plenty of places to relax and cool off. For cooler days there is an indoor pool and lazy river.
We just completed a full renovation in September 2019 and added new tile flooring, fresh paint, all new lighting and furniture.
This condo is a one bedroom with two queen beds, kitchen and a separate living/dining room. It comfortably sleeps up to four adults or a small family.
The kitchen has granite countertops and all new stainless steel appliances including a full size refrigerator with ice maker, four burner stove and oven. If you want to stay in and cook we have everything you need including pots, skillets, colander, cutting board, bowls, mugs, glasses, wine glasses, coffee pot and service for eight.
The living room is large with a comfy couch, chair, and smart tv. The dining area has a round table and comfortably seats four.
We are family friendly and have a pack play crib for infants, beach toys and board games for everyone to enjoy.
We provide linens and comforters, new comfy mattresses, cozy bath towels, and kitchen towels.
In the bathroom we have a hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner and body wash. We try to provide all the little extras to make your stay an easy and relaxing one.

First day we arrived the room was not to our expectations because the room was dirty and smelled badly. We addressed the issue with the host and she quickly addressed it by having a cleaner come out to fix the couches and she tried to have her cleaner come out to clean the room. Now the host was great and the room itself was ok but being a retired marine and now having a cleaning buisness myself the cleaner she hired is a liar and very unprofessional. Apparently the cleaner was supposed to come clean the room while we were out for the day so we got up and made sure our things were still packed so we wouldnt have to worry about anything. She said her cleaner will come at 10 to clean while were gone and theres no need to stay. So we left and came back hours later but the room was NOT touched! We asked the host if she was going to have the room cleaned but she said the cleaner would not clean because of the fact that the cleaner has been accused of stealing before and she wont clean it unless our things were put away ....but our things were already put up so that made no sense. We notified her that we had put away our items and nothing has been out since we left but she didnt say anything. However she did refund us a day for our stuggle with stains, and messes , and the entire day of worry. Plus she also gave us a refund for the cleaning fee so i guess thats good. I just hope she can hire someone who can actually be honest and clean for her because her maid does NOT clean!

Corner room with excellent beach view. Had a window on the side that overlooked the amusement park. Host responded quickly to questions before arrival. Everything was perfect upon arrival. Beds and pillows were very comfortable.

The pool was not clean. The entire week we stayed there, the water was very cloudy and had debris floating in the pool. People were witnessed walking in off the streets and swimming in the pool with all their clothes on. Seen multiply nights we were at the pool
