Welcome our first impression as we arrived @ our lake cottage. Upon entering the lake view amazing & a place we spent much time relaxing fishing, kayaking, water boarding & canoeing. Home was clean, well supplied, w/ comfy beds, 3 baths, upper & lower seating w/ lower level providing games & comfy seating for viewing movies. In town for an extended weekend w/ family wedding. Great place of retreat between events. Shawn was great to respond to any ??’s. Highly recommend & look forward to future visits!

The location is in a beautiful neighborhood, started each morning sitting on the back porch watching people kayaking and paddle boarding. The house was very clean and everyone agreed we need to return next year

We were in town to visit with family and this house was an excellent place to stay. The location is hard to beat with a great view and access to the lake and parks as well as the proximity to many attractions inside and outside the city. The house was as advertised and we look forward to staying there again next summer!

We will likely be back. It was a great location and a comfortable property. Loved all the windows in the main area. There was also a lot of useful things in the property for our kids like a high table and some games which we did not expect.

It was a super space for a family getting together with new in-laws and a new grand-daughter. We were close to family and and they could come to the house to celebrate the holiday in a family friendly space with a great view.

We were in town for the USA Hockey Nationals (Texas Tigers took 3rd!) and wanted to spend our last hockey tournament with our friends! The home fit us all perfectly and was very welcoming. I would recommend this home to anyone, the host was helpful and the home was perfectly prepared for us down to the personalized welcome sign. Thank you and we hope to come back in the summer!

The views to the lake are hard to beat. We enjoyed the peacefulness of the neighborhood and the lake that we spent time kayaking and paddle boarding on. The house was clean and provided us with everything we could need. There were plenty of games for the kids and adults alike. If your looking to relax but also be close to entertainment this is the place!

Lovely house in a very convenient location. Just 25-30 min from Minneapolis. The house is close to loads of amenities - shopping, restaurants, etc. The house is spacious and well stocked. Beds were comfy. Lots of watercraft - kayaks, SUP, canoe etc. Loved the proximity to the local beach. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

We stayed for a long weekend. The place was well decorated, clean, and had amazing views. The photos online don’t do it justice. We loved all the games, entertainment spaces, and the well appointed kitchen. The home is also close to anything we could possibly need.

This home was absolutely beautiful and just perfect for our annual girls weekend getaway. We enjoyed the easy access to the lake and close proximity to many other things to do. June 2022. The lake home was fabulous, spacious, clean, & great views from the main room & upper deck. We pretty much stayed the whole week at the house. There was plenty of things to do: kayaking, fishing, boating (we rented a pontoon) relaxing on the lake front, & playing games or watching any kind of movie. Would definitely come back for a visit!

This is my second year booking this lakehouse and I absolutely love it! The views are spectacular from the front door entrance and the main floor, as well as on the bottom level! The rooms are spacious and both times I traveled to this home, my family and I slept comfortably! In a great location with the Mall of America just 15 minutes away, I love this home and can’t wait to return! :)

Well cared for seasonally updated rental. The heated garage was a bonus and the plow guys showed up in time. Kitchen very well supplied. The sun rise heats the main room and without drapes can be intense but SUCH GREAT SUNRISES!! Highly recommend

We had such a nice time with our 84 year old mother. The home was very comfortable and in a great location. We cooked a belated thanksgiving dinner and had all the cooking dishes and items needed to cook a proper meal. The view from the house was amazing and we enjoyed watching the geese and otters. We will most definitely return for another stay. Thank you, Shawn!

I was nervous to cook a big Thanksgiving spread for the family in someone else's rental kitchen, but this kitchen was truly ready to go. Had everything I needed but the big mixer, which I brought from home, so we were set. It was cozy, yet spacious. I could sit all day and look out at the lake and it's wildlife. The college kids loved playing the hook and ring game in the basement (apparently of Tik Tok fame) as well as just hunkering down for a show. We really enjoyed walks around the neighborhood with the dog. And the quick 20 minutes to and from the airport to pick up and drop off the kids was super convenient. I did find the master shower over tub to be a bit slippery, which made me nervous, but that is an easy fix. Would definitely stay again.

If you were looking for a place to recharge this is it! Amazing lake view, ducks outside your door. The main level master is very comfortable and lower level is great for family movie nite. Sean is a very thoughtful host and easy to communicate with. I will definitely stay here again!
