For the most part our stay was good. Cleaning did not bring clean towels or empty the garbage. The hot tub jets didn't work but it still felt good.

The room I booked was supposed to have a king bed, yet I was given 2 beds, one of which broke when I sat on it, and completely broke when I tried to get off of it. I wouldn't stay there again!

The hotel staff was truly excellent. They were helpful and responsive. Couldn't be happier with them
The hotel itself, however, left something to be desired. The pool was frigid, with a pile of dead bugs by the chairs. The vent cover over the shower fell slightly after my 6 yo son got out of the shower. Could have been worse, to be sure, but there is room for improvement.

This was a horrible experience from the minute we got in. The girl working the desk when we got there was very unprofessional. Our key didn’t work so we had to go back down and get a new one. The next morning our key didn’t work again when we went back up after breakfast. She gave us new keys 3 different times and they still didn’t work. Finally she had to come up and unlock our room herself. There was no hair dryer in our room and I asked 3 different staff before someone finally brought me one an hour later. Breakfast was cold and gross.

The whole building smelled musty. my wives allergies got so bad there was no way we could say a second night.

All in all ok, this is the 2nd time in the past few years. 1st time was way better to be honest. One elevator was only working. We stayed for 6 days. Asked to the room serviced and was not done the whole stay. Might stay again in future, but most likely will look for another place.

We needed a late check-in time due to a late arrival for our flight. Frank took our call about that and made sure to note it for the front desk. The woman at the front desk was so welcoming and friendly. We give the staff here high marks for making our stay easy and pleasant. Our room is excellent and there are nice amenities here. Very happy with our choice. We would definitely stay here again.

Waited 20 minutes to check in. Booked two queens and got a king. I booked this hotel specifically because I was able to get two queens as opposed to other hotels that were less expensive that only offered a king so I ended up spending more and still got a king bed.

That was the worst breakfast buffet I have ever seen at a Hampton. We usually choose for the quality of the rooms and the very good breakfast. The selections looked like they like they were cleaning up the dining room and this was at 7:30 AM. There was very limited selection of hot entrees. There was only half a dozen slices of white bread. No bagels , no wheat bread, no English muffins, no bagels , no peanut butter, no cream cheese. Very substandard from your usual.

I have stayed here in the past, and I will stay here again in the future. It was a great value for what I spent. The breakfast was good. The staff were friendly. I recall one employee went out of her way to just make our stay great. We left with a smile after every encounter with her. The pool wasn't heated and so it was a bit uncomfortable for my traveling companions so we didn't spend as much time there as I would have liked. And the hot tub jets were not working. It was heated and comfortable, but the jets didn't work. My room a/c worked wonderfully, especially because we were there during a heat wave. But it did leak into the room and left a large wet pool in the carpet. I spoke to the desk clerk, and they said they would look into it. Nothing was held against us because of it. The rooms were clean and had all the amenities I would have wanted. Overall, I really like this place and will stay here again.

The 5 dollar parking fee they nonchalantly told me I had to pay even though the location is surrounded by empty parking spots and is in a suburban location that does not warrant the charge. I will never stay at another Hampton because of such charge.

The hallway were dirty and not well kept. The young man at the checkin counter could use some Dale Carnegie training. The checkout lady in the morning was extremely pleasant. The breakfast eggs and sausage were luke warm at best and verged on the boarder of cold.

The parking lot was being resurfaced, and it was not committed very well.

The parking lot was hard to find an open spot. There needs to be a better sign on Hwy 42 to know where to turn in. Missed the turn twice.

We can’t believe how this property has went downhill since our last visit late summer of 2020. Apparently Hilton has lowered its standard of excellence. Thank you Mr. CEO of Hilton.

Clean room, nice breakfast. Stayed 2 nights. Left in the morning and returned after dinner and the room was never cleaned.

When we arrived we were told there was a $5 fee to park in their lot. We had to pay $15. This is ridiculous. We chose not to have room service, which was fine for us, but meant we had to request coffee for the room. The second day the gentleman said no problem, just had to get it from the room service cart, which he did with a smile. The next night I asked and got a very rude young man named Zack. He said they didn't have any. I asked if he couldn't get from service cart and he said no. Then after we got to our room he had run up the stairs and asked how many we needed. Funny, that was after I asked his name... We are coming back as we are originally from MN, probably a couple times a year. Chose a hotel with a better rating and cheaper pricing to boot for our next visit.

This is an aging hotel; however, it was clean and beds were comfortable. The housekeeping and maintenance staff were very kind, friendly and accommodating. I can't say enough about how great they were! Unfortunately, I can't say the same about the man at the front desk. At check-in he seemed annoyed--with what, I can't be sure. At check-out the next day, I was loading my car and came back in to gather the rest of my belongings and my card was deactivated. I went to the desk to request it be re-activated just to get my phone and my purse out of the room. The man looked at the clock and said, "It is past noon." It was 12:02 (checkout time was 12:00)!! He begrudgingly went through the steps to re-active my room key, but when I went to the room, it did not work. Thankfully, a very kind housekeeper was in the next room and was able to open my room door so that I could get the last of my belongings out of my room. Sadly, this made our "okay" visit less than satisfactory and disappointing.

Hotel was fairly dirty, with food left in the stairwells on the floor the entire time I stayed there. Fire alarm also malfunctioned while many guests were asleep, with no explanation from staff. You’re better off finding somewhere else to stay.

Room was very clean, bleach white bathroom is appreciated. Common areas weren’t the cleanest. We were on 3rd floor and the elevator was out of order and the vending machine was broken. Staff was less than thankful or friendly when I made them aware of someone dropping their food in the stairwell.

Clean but needs updating. Wallpaper coming off the walls nearing swimming pool and also rusting doors. The place needs a facelift.
