It was a very nice stay

The hotel is fine, it was super weird for the coffee maker, microwave and fridge to be in the bathroom, but convenient if you like eating microwave popcorn on the can. We booked a room with an indoor terrace and they did not give us that room

On the night we arrived our room was warm and we could not cool it down. When we called the front desk they told us the AC system was not working and would be out for several days. So they gave us a Fan which did not help. The next day we changed rooms but AC still not working. Second Room was still warm and stuffy. Very hard to sleep. When we came back to room at the end of the day our room had not been serviced. When I called the front desk they said oh Housekeeping has gone home. Strike 2. no towels no coffee unmade bed. Friday night we had about 10-15 little girls doing cartwheels and screaming in the hallway outside our room until about 10:30pm. We had no idea the hotel was going to be overrun by screaming and yelling. Strike 3. When our room was serviced it was not a thorough cleaning. Always something missing. The entire stay left us feeling not coming here again. Even thought we have family close by and will be in the area often.

The stay at this Wyndham hotel would have been great had it not been for the lack of temperature control in the room. It was so miserable to sleep in due to being so hot for me. I called the front desk to report that the room temperature was hot even though I turned the thermostat down to even the lowest it could go. I was told that the hotel was older and still runs off a boiler, therefore, the only thing that could be done was to turn the system off totally and to open the window (which opened about 6 inches). She added that if this didn’t work I could grab a fan from the front desk. The room temperature came down just a tiny bit, but not cool enough for me to sleep comfortably. At home I sleep at 73 degrees. The room temp stayed at 78-80 the whole time. In addition to this issue, the shower head was noticeably old and did not work properly. It was a dual head but only one worked. Positives of this trip included the hotel staff were very friendly, it was quiet, and there were great restaurant selections nearby. It was also reasonably clean. I could tell the hallway carpet was new.

Our room was terribly hot and there was no way to cool it down other than to open a window. The attached restaurant was very good, but no included food options with your room stay. Hard to find any staff to help when you want to ask a question.

The hotel is in a great location and was priced pretty good. The only real issue was that the room was very hot and you couldn’t control the thermostat as the building run off a boiler so the rooms didn’t have their own individual comfort settings.

The toilet leaked all over the floor all evening and night long. The shower handle kept falling off. Not impressed.

The room was nice and clean, very minor signs of wear & tear. Plenty of towels, nicely rolled up or folded. The bed was comfortable and there was adequate lighting. It was a cold couple days in the Twin Cities so having a restaurant off the lobby is a plus. This was my second stay here and both were pleasant.

good stay, check-in was quick & easy, desk clerk was cheery and friendly. The room was clean, nice condition, quiet & comfortable. No tattered carpet in hallways like others I've seen. Great having a restaurant on site and a good one at that. All in all, very good.

Got to our room and unpacked Used restroom and toilet overflowed and water came into main room. They gave us another room, but didn't bother to help us move our belongings. It was sub-zero outside and our room would not heat up. Front desk gave us a small portable heater, which didn't heat the whole room. Bathtub had constant running drip that couldn't be shut off. The entire fixture was extremely loose from wall. When room was "cleaned" the never cleaned the faucet or the tub, The swimming pool area was freezing. When checking the air vents, only cool air was blowing. Disgusting visit and won't ever stay there again!!! How about some recourse from Hotels.com????

The room was very clean & comfortable. I could tell care was taken to make everything just right due to the extra touches. Check in was slow but it was NYE, so it’s understandable that the hotel was perhaps short staffed. The staff on New Years Day were very friendly and efficient…(even while dealing with a cranky guest that I let cut in front of me due to his crankiness!)
I’ve stayed here several times in the past and I can see improvements being made since switching over from BW to a Wyndham property.

I really liked this property - our room was a suite with a small living room, dining table and desk which was very convenient as my husband gets up much earlier than I to work. It was also great that it had 1.5 baths- so two toilets/sink areas. It was very conveniently located only about 15 minutes from the airport and about 20-25 from
the cities. Tons of shopping and restaurants nearby including a Starbucks basically in the parking lot of the hotel. My only complaint was that the bed was very hard. I will likely stay there again.

There was no soap in the room
Called the front desk and they said they didn't have any and couldn't help.
There was no one at the front desk ever.
During check in had to wait 30 mins to get someone to come to the front.
Waited another 30 mins because they couldn't figure out how to bill my room that was already paid for.

Great location for my needs. Excellent staff. With recent purchase by Wyndham hotels some bumps should be expected. There was no soap available in the rooms and the hotel did nothing for substitution which is inexcusable in my opinion for a quality hotel chain. If not for the soap issue it would be a 5 star rating

The only negative was that the housekeeping staff should reset alarm clocks between guests. The previous occupant of my room had set the alarm for 5:35 a.m. This resulted in an unpleasant surprise my first morning.
The front desk staff was very good and the room itself was good. I like the idea of having the fridge in the bathroom so you can close the bathroom door and reduce fridge noise.

Very nice hotel with clean comfortable rooms. Friendly staff. No breakfast included. My room was located close to elevator and could hear voices from people entering and exiting elevator.

Had to stay here bc my daughter had emergency surgery and I had to come from 7 hours away. Was told if I booked thru the hotel itself I would have saved money. 😡 The tv in Our room didn’t work. And we had Luke warm water for a day then the next day we had no hot water. Very disappointing! We’re told we couldn’t get any money back for the inconvenience bc we booked thru you! .😡 Again very disappointing! Never again.

The room we were given at the time of check-in was not the room I reserved (king with sofa bed). The room we were given was king with no sofa bed. Apparently, this was due to maintenance issues that put rooms out of rotation and the timing of our arrival even though I booked my reservation weeks ahead of time. Also, we were not made aware of the situation when we were checking into the hotel. We realized that we were given a room without a sofa bed after we walked into the room. We were offered the same room we were given but on a higher floor or a room with 2 queen beds. I would never have paid the same amount for a room with a king bed or a room with 2 queen beds. We had stayed at this hotel before so I knew there was a restaurant and bar so I thought my husband and I would be able to go to the bar, and have a drink or two after checking in just to find out that the bar closed at 10:00 on a Friday night. We ended up only staying one night due to the lack of support we received and were offered by the night staff. I will say that the morning front desk person was very friendly. I understand that going through a 3rd party was part of the issue, however, the 3rd party at least gave me a coupon for a future stay. Something the hotel wasn't willing to do.

Great business stay. Room was clean, spacious, good desk and chair for working in the room, bed was comfortable. Front desk service at check in was extremely pleasant.

I liked the business center where I was able to complete my training. The rooms had microwave, fridge and Keurig coffee maker. The beds were super comfortable. I liked the large convention bathroom. I liked the friendly staff (all were friendly). I liked the restaurant, especially their desserts and Salmon meal. What I didn't like is the hotel still has a sign for the $13.95 buffet breakfast up. It is now something closer to $19.00. A business is supposed to give the customer the price they are advertising, but they are not. The lounge says it's open until 10:00, however at 9:30 it looked like they were already closing and it didn't feel very welcoming...almost like we want to close now and not 10:00. Over all, this is a fantastic place to stay.

I booked room on hotels.com, a double queen bc there were 3 of us. And I was honest and told them we had a dog when we got there. BUT the gal said all the dog rooms were taken and she couldn’t refund/cancel room so we could go elsewhere. Instead she ended up finding us a room but when we got up there, it was a handicap room w 1 queen bed! 1 bed!! So i called her and told her we need 2 beds. It was 930pm so I was already thinking what a hassle it would be to move hotels. So she she said I can see if there’s a cot. Well there was, and it was the most uncomfortable thing I have ever slept on! So we ended up payIng $200 for the night and it was the most god awful experience. The hotel should specify on hotels.com if there are no rooms available where pets are allowed if they want people to be honest. Makes me want to say “no pets” just so I can have a good nights sleep and get what I actually paid for! And there was no free breakfast like the hotel amenities said. Will never stay here again. In fact, I think I should be refunded for my stay.
