This Urban Oasis is just a few hundred feet from the famous Roebling Bridge which leads right into the thriving streets of downtown Cincinnati. The Space: This building was built in 1863 but was completely renovated in 2018! Luckily for us, that means we have all the charm of a historic house and neighborhood with all the convenience and amenities of a modern designed space. This bnb has many art pieces and all of them are sourced from local artists. Guest Access: This is Apartment 4 which is on the west side of the house. Take the Steps from the lower deck up to the upper deck and the door to the right with a 4 in the middle of it. You can park in the parking lot directly across from the building. There are parking spaces marked "Bed & Breakfast Only". Park in the space with the sign designated for apartment 4. Access to the apartment is limited to registered guests only. Any visitors must be approved by the host and may not stay overnight. The Neighborhood: Licking Riverside is a quaint, historic area with some of the most beautiful Italianate and Victorian-style houses in the city. Start your day with a cup of coffee up the street at Leftbank Coffeehouse, grab a bite to eat around the corner at Lil's Bagels or Keystone Bar and Grill! Getting Around: Guests who are able may want to walk to the local restaurants and bars. But driving is an easy option too! Easy drive to both downtown Cincinnati and downtown Covington.
