The Space: This building was built in 1863 but was completely renovated recently! Luckily for us that means we have all the charm of a historic house and neighborhood with all the convenience and amenities of a modern designed space. This bnb has many art pieces and all of them are sourced from local artists. Guest Access: You can park in the parking lot directly across from the BnB. There are parking spaces marked "Bed & Breakfast Only"...Even thought there is no breakfast :\ you wouldn't want my cooking anyway! All the smart lock access instructions will be sent to you when you book. Access to the apartments is limited to registered guests only. Any visitors must be approved by the host and may not stay overnight. The Neighborhood: Licking Riverside is a quaint, historic area with some of the most beautiful Italianate and Victorian-style houses in the city. Start your day with a cup of coffee up the street at Leftbank Coffeehouse or grab a bite to eat around the corner at Lil's Bagels or Keystone Bar and Grill!
