Professionally cleaned and prepared for your arrival. This top-floor unit is a true one-bedroom, with a solid wall and door separating the living area and premium sofa bed from the main bedroom. The headquarters for Sundance Film Festival Is right next door at the Park City Marriott. The owner was in the customer service industry for many years and is dedicated to insuring you have a great experience during your time in the condo. I purchased the unit from my mentor Chuck Herzog. I rented the unit from Chuck for many years until purchasing it from him. Chuck is helping me manage the unit so we can assure guests will continue to get the same great service in the unit that they have come to expect. The unit has premium features, including modern appliances with ice-maker, a 43' inch flat screen Smart TV in the living area and 32" in the bedroom, and Premium Quality LaCrosse Queen, Extra Long Sofa Bed With 7" Mattress! The California KING BED is high-quality. A programmable electronic touch-pad door lock provides security and convenience, allowing you to go directly to your unit and enter using your unique code--no check-in required. Our building has many safety features, including an automatic fire sprinkler system and code-compliant smoke detection system, fire doors, and smoke barriers. Sixteen video surveillance cameras monitor all entrances, the parking lot, and various areas of the building. Entry to the building is via a security code system, with each unit assigned a unique code. A large, newly-renovated shared hot tub adjacent to the pool on the first floor is the perfect place to soothe muscles and share ski stories after a spectacular day in Utah's legendary snow, or after exploring the wonderful summer environment. The large outdoor pool is heated to 88 degrees during the winter, and 78 during the summer. Both the pool and hot tub utilize a modern salt chlorination system wich provides a more gentle bathing experience. Ski boots can be worn to the mountain, as the FREE TRANSIT BUS picks you up a half block away and drops you off very close to the lifts at Deer Valley and Vail's Park City Mountain, now combined with Canyons Resort to create America's largest ski area at 7300 acres. From there, you can ride the new Quicksilver Gondola to the Canyons area. If you prefer to go directly to the people-moving gondola at Canyons base, it is about a 15-minute bus ride. A two-place boot dryer is supplied in the unit, as are a humidifier, vacuum cleaner, iron, and ironing board. The condo is ideal for a summer or fall stay, as it has a modern, full-service air conditioning system, and is in an ideal location for access to trail riding, tennis courts, and all that Park City offers. The bus system is outstanding, with three different lines serving nearby stops, including an express route to downtown. Once you get to Carriage House from the airport via a variety of shuttle options, a rental car is an unnecessary expense. Location was great. Parking was confusing at first because of construction but once we figured out where Lot K was, it was all good. Property was a little dated but we really had a great time!

Great location. Great price. Close to Main St and everything else. Easy access with coded doors. A suggestion would be to provide more neutral shampoo- Strawberry scented was not for me. :)

We were there 4 nights and skied 3 days at Park City. Tons of good stuff to day about it:
The renter gave a very long detailed email before arriving.
Check in is very easy all you need is door codes.
The shuttle to get to the base of the mountain and around town is right outside the front door and across the street.
If you don't want to take a shuttle to main street there is an Italian restaurant right outside the back door.
Hot tub is kept very hot and the area is clean.
Notes for anyone staying:
For the base out the mountain Red an Yellow line get there, Yellow is faster.
To get the Comcast box on the TV the input has a weird name "Something designs" ?
If you use underground parking one of the back doors goes right to the stairs for the ramp.
Only con I can think of is watch out for the bed frame! A wood piece sticks out, I have scabs all over my shin :)

I really enjoyed the place and the stay. It is in a good location with good parking available. The bus stop to Park City Mountain is a few yards away from the front door. The accommodations were pleasant and quiet. It was easy to get into and out of even with ski gear on. WiFi worked well and bed was comfortable. May definitely book again in future.

Perfect location to jump on the bus and go skiing daily. Cooked Bkfst only and the kitchen worked well. Slept very well nightly. Great hot tub and convenient area to some good restaurants and walked to the market & liquor store.

This one-bedroom is located in a great little neighborhood with plenty of food options and great bus service to the ski resorts and Sundance venues. It was well-appointed for cooking and streaming entertainment but the unit did not have some of the ammenities we were expecting. Even the welcome email we received a couple days before arrival told us to expect shampoo and conditioner, 12 towels, an outdoor pool, and a grill. We had a lovely time without these amenities but would have preferred to have been notified in advance.

Nice little place
This was a nice little place to stay. It was in a good location and VERY clean. The little kitchen has been updated and is darling. The living room is cute and the carpet looks new. The bathroom and bedroom need some updating. The tub needs to be replaced. I loved the jets but the tub didn’t want to stay plugged. It’s very old and looks it. The bedroom furniture is kind of beat up and a new mattress is badly needed. It is not comfortable. Very little support. New bedding would go far to increase the look of the bedroom. There is not much space to walk between the dresser and the bed to get to the far side of the bed and I kept hitting my shins on the bed corners. We had one partial roll of toilet paper and had to go buy more. We also ran out of hand soap in the bathroom.

Outstanding location and host experience!
The Carriage House is in a perfect location close to PC town activity and access to Park City Mountain. This was by far our best experience with a host/owner! They were so helpful, responsive and went way above and beyond when my son had a ski accident that we needed flexibility. We will be forever grateful for these owners, especially Tim!

Perfect for 2 seniors
This was perfect for 2 seniors. We used the bus service just outside the door & the heated pool was great. Used the underground parking, then had to exit again to unload our luggage at the front door. Nice to have the elevator.

Great place to stay
A top floor Condo that was very quiet, the condo was clean and the place had everything you needed for your stay. Tim the owner was great with his communication and his main interest was that you have a great time , which we did. Would definitely utilise this property again if we are in the Park City Area.

Good option in Park City
Overall we had a pleasant stay for a family of three.
Pros:
- great host, did lots of little things like provided wine and chocolate
- heated pool and hot tub on site
- close to bus stops and free parking
- 5-10 mins drive away from Mountain and Canyon resort

- room was a bit dated and older

Very convenient and close to everything. Comfortable bed and well equipped kitchen. Tim was very responsive to all questions and a few needs. He provided detailed instructions and the basket of goodies was a nice touch!

Great Option for Skiing
Property location worked well for Deer Valley and Park City ski areas. Great options for busses to and from downtown and skiing. Exceptionally clean and great communication with the host. Hot tub was also clean and in great working order. Very good experience for us!

Great Location
I stayed here for a month during the summer. It was a really great location, within walking distance to main street and to several restaurants. I also like how close it was to the rail trail, which was right across the parking lot. The apartment was clean when I arrived with all of the daily items I needed already there. It had air conditioning, which I used only for the warmer nights. Overall it was a great place and I had a nice stay.
