The rooms are spacious and very comfortable, and the staff are exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. The café’s pulled pork sandwich is absolutely delicious, and the restaurant’s beautiful beachfront setting makes every meal even more enjoyable. A wonderful place to stay!
The beach is unfortunately quite dirty, with a significant amount of plastic waste that doesn’t appear to be cleaned up regularly. However, if you drive a scooter and can go to other beaches it’s not really an issue.

The pool and the pool area could of been cleaner. The pool area was a bit dangerous with the voids. Easy to fall down.
I was a bit disappointed with the beach but that is not the hotel fault.

Great location close to bars and restaurants and directly on the beach, with a great beach bar. Complimentary pick up and drop off service from the pier. Great communication from staff prior to arrival, and very helpful from arrival. The hotel is very aesthetic and beautifully and thoughtfully decorated.

The hotel is beautiful, and the rooms are decorated with very nice details. The staff experience was mixed—some people were extremely kind and helpful, while others didn’t speak much English, which made communication a bit difficult. Having staff with a better level of English would be very helpful for guests.
This hotel has a lot of potential. I believe it could be even better if the owner were more present or if there were a strong hotel manager overseeing things.
A few small improvements would help: three of the sun chairs were broken during our stay. It would also be nice if breakfast were included in the room price, as that would make the overall experience even better for guests.
Additionally, it would be great if the hotel could help promote more beach clean-up efforts. The beach directly in front of the hotel is nice, but just a few steps to the left or right there is quite a lot of plastic. I know much of it comes from the ocean, but it would be wonderful if local hotels worked together to keep the beach cleaner.
I was honestly surprised by the amount of plastic along the shoreline.
One downside was that the main staff member at check-in did not speak much English, which made communication a bit difficult. It would also be great if breakfast were included in the room rate.
