About this house rental
Sitting just ten miles west of downtown Portland in the heart of Beaverton, you have easy access to the entire region.
One of the first things you notice will be the bright open floor plan with tons of amenities. There are a number of games, including ping pong for the entire group to enjoy. You will find a BBQ in the backyard and multiple large LED 4K TV's available for streaming and gaming. A main level bedroom and full bath is perfect for a situation where some may find stairs a challenge. The gorgeous, bright kitchen has all upgraded finishes and is a wonderful and open space to entertain and connect with everyone.
Upstairs, you will find five more bedrooms, including the expansive primary bedroom with a large bathroom. In addition to the primary bedroom bed, there is also a sofa bed if you need the extra room. The primary closet has been converted into a small nursery with a pack n play and some amenities for those travelling with youngsters. One of the back bedrooms has a twin along with a full bunk bed as well as a 4K LED TV connected to a gaming system for any who may wish to partake.
Whether you are doing something in the Portland area or in the surrounding region this is the perfect home for your group or family to base out of to enjoy all that the northwest has to offer. Please don't hesitate to reach out if you have any questions at all.

We have relationships with all of our neighbors who have our direct contact information. Quiet time is 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. P If it is loud enough to be heard outside in these conditions, it is too loud for you to remain our guest. This property includes a noise alert monitoring system in order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. Again, please realize we want every group to enjoy their time, laugh, have fun and make memories. These devices are only to ensure noise levels don't reach a threshold that bothers our neighbors.

Nice house, clean and good location. Perfect amount of rooms and kitchen had what we needed for basic breakfast and take out. Beds were comfortable and quiet.

Great communication from the host before and during the stay. Wonderful to have a first floor bedroom and bathroom but also the upstairs bathrooms were great. Very spacious and wonderful choices; everything from a crib and rocking chair, bunk beds with a gaming system, king size bed and queens. Each person in our group was comfortable and room for people to spread out when needed or come together in the wonderful kitchen/ living room space. Would definitely stay again.

The home worked well for our large family group who all flew in for a wedding. The kitchen was lacking a few essentials (salt/pepper, etc.) But it was nice and open to the living room /dining area. The backyard was not reallly usable as it was totally overgrown with weeds, not a major deal, just not ideal. Parking was strange- the garage is unusable because of the ping pong table. There is PLENTY of parking in the driveway to fit 4 cars, however the sign threatens to tow if you park more than 2 cars. This would be understandable if it was blocking a sidewalk, but the sidwalk ends at this house... so it doesn't block anything. Finding a parking spot on the street was nearly impossible. We had to send some people over to the hotel parking accross the street, which is less than ifeal at night. The carpet through out the home is really old, dirty, and kinda stinky. There were a few holes in the bathroom walls that was weirdly patched with foam. The master bath and bedroom were nice and big, enough room for several women to get ready in. There are plenty of beds/bedrooms, but not the most comfy mattresses. The queen bed in the upstairs back corner (overlooking the driveway) was laughably hard. We jokingly called it the "plywood bed", a few tried, but no one slept on it. We doubled up in another room and used the couch. It was a good changing/suitcase overflow room. It was great having a washer and dryer- and they even had a few laundry pods available. Overall, it worked fine.
