About this condo rental
Situated in Hollywood Beach, this attractive condo for $98 per night is a great choice for your next break. This apartment is just steps from the Hollywood Beach and Boardwalk. In the private 5 units building that we just recently converted and certified by the city of Hollywood and the state of Florida into vacation rentals. This is nonsmoking property. Pets are not allowed due to the hosts medical condition . This apartment will accommodate 2 adults comfortably or 2 adults with one child under 5 y.o. Will not accommodate 3 adults. This building is at the entrance to the public beach and Hollywood Boardwalk and parking is limited. We do not have parking on the property for this apartment. Car is really not necessary all restaurants are in 5 min walk. But if you insist you can park on meters pay hourly or buy city's monthly permit for $110 (monthly is the only term that is offered) and park on metered spaces or specified spaces. Apartment has an electronic lock that is very easy to use and does not require to carry the keys, very convenient on a beach. Electronic code will be issued with provided Gov. Issued photo ID ONLY in 24 hrs of booking. Will host guests 25 and older ONLY. $250 cancelation fee due to the age requirement will be charged. 15 minutes from Ft. Lauderdale International Airport, 35 minutes from Miami International Airport, walking distance to various restaurants and next to the Westin Diplomat Resort; 5 minutes from Hollywood Beach Boardwalk, and a short drive to Aventura, Bal Harbour shops, Horse Race Track, Dog Race Track, Casinos, South Beach, Ft Lauderdale-Las Olas. Only 40 minutes away from South Beach and Brickell. Full kitchen ( microwave, coffee maker, tea kettle, toaster, pots and pants, plates, glasses, and etc.) Sheets, towels, beach towels, and beach chairs are provided. Roku TV with all available applications, Wifi internet with excess point. We do not have laundry facilities on the property. Gazebo at the Back yard is available for vacation renters. NO grilling, barbecuing or using water hose on the property. We provide Vacation Rentals recommended "Starter Pack" of cleaning supplies: 1 rolls of toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towel, paper napkins, coffee filters, small bottle of dishwasher detergent, and simple toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, soap etc.), and more. Check in after 4PM.Check out before 11AM.Early check-in and late check-out has to be requested, additional fee $50. Guests will be charged $100 a day fee for parking vehicles and interfering with other guests' stay. $100 a day will be charged for parking vehicles and the towing company will tow that vehicle at guests expense. No smoking. No parties. No grilling or barbecuing. No Spring Breakers Minimum Age requirement is 25.

I stayed for a few nights to have a solo getaway. The rental was clean and comfy. The location was perfect, right on Broadwalk. I didn't need to rent a car and walked everywhere. The owner is friendly and communicates quickly. I'd stay again!

We loved the place and location. It was perfectly clean and everything we needed. They provided us with beach towels, beach chairs and a good quality umbrella that helped us a lot. Olga is very responsive host. We didn’t know what to expect around this time of the year at hollywood beach but weather also turned out to be perfect. So we loved the stay and place.

Communication with Olga was to notch. She was very responsive and kept in touch. The space was adequate except for the bathroom. It was TINY and there was hardly any water pressure.

Small apartment, nice stay
We had a great stay, the apartment is just about 100 steps from the beach, at the very end of the broadwalk. It is about 3/4 down the broadwalk to a little store, nightclub and bike rental shop and a little over a mile to get to Margarittaville-and the bandstand. This apartment is on the quiet end of the broadwalk, for sure. My hubby and I didn't mind the walk.
You can not really see the water from the apartment, and there is no outside seating, for this apartment on the broadwalk side of the building. There is a nice, side area to sit in, but it is enclosed and has only the view of the back of the building.
The inside space was clean and nice. Enough space for my husband and I, but would be tight with anymore people.
Kitchen was stocked with all the basics we needed for small meals.
It was great having beach towels available. There were also "camp" style chairs to take to the beach. There were 2 beach style chairs, but both were broken. The beach blanket that was in the closet, was nice to have in the sand also.

We had a wonderful visit, would recommend this home for a quiet stay. It is on the very end of the broad walk past Hollywood resort and Alvin’s restaurant, the washer and dryer are outside and is an extra charge per stay. Olga was very nice and stayed in contact with us the whole time, check in was very easy. Plenty of room in the unit and everything you need, cooler, towels, chairs, cable and internet. I don’t comment on cleanliness very often but I felt it was necessary with this stay. It was very clean and well maintained. Cleaning staff that was cleaning other apartments in the building always said hi and was super friendly! Olga was super to work with and make everything a breeze. Location was nice for the quietness and safety however it was a decent walk at times if you wanted to travel down the broadwalk.
However, my husband & I enjoyed the walks :)
