About this villa rental
We fell in love at first sight and are sure you will, too. Rainbow Tree Villa boasts more than four acres of private property perched on a bluff overlooking our stunning beach. With five bedrooms and six and a half baths surrounded by a wrap-around veranda, this is the perfect spot for a family getaway or friend retreat.
Our staff includes two housekeepers/cooks, a groundskeeper and his assistant as well as a Villa manager/driver to ensure you, your family, and your friends are well-fed, happy, and comfortable. You can lounge around the incredibly spacious 8,000-square-foot home, swim, fish, snorkel, boat, and go on any number of excursions in this picturesque area, far from the typical tourist areas but close to all the best Jamaica has to offer. This sleepy fishing village is the most welcoming place on earth.
We have two portable cribs for babies and welcome large family groups.
What’s Included?
Exclusive use of villa, private pool, and grounds. (No other renters will be at Rainbow Tree “sharing” anything with you, no matter how few guests there may be in your group. The full villa and facilities are 100% yours to use and enjoy.)
A full-time caretaker who lives in his own house just inside the front gate. He and his assistant will perform grounds keeping and pool maintenance—and will keep the beach area in front of Rainbow Tree clean.
Two cooks/housekeepers who will:
Shop for your groceries and beverages.
Prepare two family-style meals per day.
Clean the villa daily.
Handle your personal laundry needs, as requested.
Perform occasional childcare
Linens, bath towels, beach towels.
Utilities, including air-conditioning in each bedroom.
Two large backup generators.
All taxes, including GCT.
Fun.
What’s NOT Included in the price:
Transportation, including excursions and day trips (but we can arrange all)
Food and beverages.
Extensive childcare.
Souvenirs.
Restaurant meals.
Massages from a professional therapist (who will come to the villa upon request).
Staff tips (we suggest 15-20% of the cost of the visit).

Our family of 10 (3 generations) had a wonderful stay at Rainbow Tree Villa. The owner was very easy to communicate with, and the staff were all very friendly and efficient. The facilities were fantastic; as good as advertised. The food prepared by the chefs was varied and delicious. We enjoyed ourselves immensely and will certainly entertain returning to Rainbow Tree in the future.

We stayed in this gorgeous villa in June. Everything about it oozed cool, Caribbean luxury. All rooms were cool and well appointed, and the two master bedrooms had stunning views over the balcony to the pool and the sea. The food at the villa was first class, with Petrena and Ocean cooking up a storm with wonderful Jamaican dishes, accompanied by the best rum punch! We were made to feel very welcome by the girls, Malcolm and Janio. We also had a memorable day out with Malcom and Janio who took us up the Black River and to the Pelican Bar. We were made to feel very welcome from the minute we arrived and that nothing was too much trouble to ask for. We cannot recommend this villa too highly and definitely plan to return in the future.

We had a party of 8 stay at Rainbow Tree for a mini getaway and it was everything that childhood dreams are made of. Everything from the staff to the steps down to the beach were amazing. It goes without saying that the views from the back veranda were idyllic and breathtaking but the attention to detail and well-thought out spaces made our stay even more enjoyable and comfortable. You are immediately greeted on arrival with tropical cold drinks by the house staff (who become more like family), and are taken aback by the warmth and welcoming atmosphere of the property. The food was delicious and being able to eat all our meals “al fresco” was an experience we’ll not soon forget. The privacy of the property and beach was fantastic - a true getaway from the stress and stimulation of every day life. If you are looking to vacation off the beaten path, and truly experience Jamaican culture, you won’t regret a single moment at Rainbow Tree. We loved every minute of it, and are looking forward to returning!

The property is absolutely beautiful! Being there in person, and seeing the pictures, you just cannot compare the two! The ladies were fantastic, delicious meals every time they cooked! When we had questions on how a meal was prepared, they were happy to indulge their secrets! Piggy was fast at fixing a burned out bulb, and keeping the pool and sundeck immaculate, and was a great communicator! Malcom, went above and beyond! If we needed a ride, he was happy to take us at a moments notice! He loves to talk with the guests, and get to know where they are from, and the cultures differences. My husband and I came back happy knowing we have a friend in Jamaica! The Pups!!!! They were a great addition to the property! We left our fur-babies back home, and they helped missing them easier. They were always by our sides! When we visit Jamaica again, we will definitely be staying here!!!!
