A beautiful executive home, 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom with a large pool and in-ground spa overlooks a small lake on the White Marsh golf course in Rotonda West. It is fully equipped to sleep 6 people. The huge great room has a whole wall of sliders out to pool area that affords the kitchen, dining and living areas great views. The living area also has theater surround sound and comfortable seating for family and friends. The master bedroom has a king bed, flat screen TV and sliders to the pool area. The en-suite master bathroom features dual sinks, oval marble soaking bathtub and a walk-in shower. Bedroom 2 also has a king bed, TV and a door to access the pool area. This bedroom also features an en-suite bathroom with a single vanity and a walk-in shower. Bedroom 3 has twin beds. The family bathroom has a single vanity and a tub-shower combination. All bathrooms have hair dryers. The home has cable TV in the great room, master and second bedroom, telephone and hi-speed internet. A fully-equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher and microwave and the laundry room has washer and dryer. All linens, towels and pool towels are provided. The extended deck welcomes you to kick back and relax - Perfect for entertaining! Pool with in-ground spa and has optional electric heat. The covered lanai contains a patio table with chairs and chaises as well as a gas BBQ grill. In the garage there are beach chairs/umbrella and bicycles for guests to use. Excellent property

Excellent property

We stayed here for a week in June. The property is very clean, beautifully furnished, and is in great condition. Manager Mike is super responsive, and helped us through some of the initial issues promptly. We loved the pool and the hot tub. This is the tenth VRBO property we have rented so far, and is probably the best one.

We enjoyed our stay at Place in the Sun. The home met all our needs as we wanted to have space to distance and loved the privacy of the setting. The spa and pool were wonderful as was the outdoor space to relax in. The kitchen was very well stocked and it was very clean. Thanks for sharing this with us.

Spacious home in quiet neighborhood Took day trips to several beaches chairs and cooler were provided however things could use some updating. Overall a very nice place.

Great location, could do with a few upgrades

Overall our 3 week stay was very nice, pool was one of the warmest we have encountered. Generally the villa was comfortable, it is showing signs of age and a few upgrades wouldn't go amiss - during our stay 2 of the 4 loungers were broken and neither were fixed, sliding doors need attention and this we were told is happening soon. TV seemed to be problematic at times and mirror and shower control in main bathroom looking tired/need permanent upgrade. The main draw was the location and peaceful surroundings, the beds were very comfortable and the aircon was just right. We would like to return again at some point hoping the above negatives would be rectified in the near future.

Great property - very clean and tidy. Great pool area and in a tucked away portion of Rotunda West. Can't say enough good about Mike and Madelyn. Check in and out was seamless. Would stay again!
