Settle in with cozy features such as a gas fireplace and large 4k UHD TV with satellite cable and streaming/blu-ray for a cozy show after a perfect day on the mountain. Unwind with the forest view from the roomy balcony, complete with a gas grill, or take in the scene from the light-filled floor-to-ceiling living room windows. There is room for your whole group with a king master and en-suite bath, additional bedroom with double over queen bunk bed and sleeper sofa with memory foam mattress in the living room. Luxury linens and fresh duvet covers placed for each stay. Just a five-minute walk (appx 370 meters) and over the bridge to the lift(s) and up you go for your day of skiing! A quick walk to Main Street or the Village, restaurants and shops are just a few minutes away. Don't want to walk? The Breck shuttle (Gray line) stops right outside the building - it doesn't get any more convenient to go explore the town or mountain at an exceptional value! SLEEPS 7 MAIN FEATURES: - Floor-to-ceiling windows with a mid-mod feel and high ceilings in the living room and kitchen areas. - Master Bedroom: king bed, flat screen smart HDTV, en-suite bathroom. - Bedroom 2: Double over queen bunk bed, flat screen TV, folding crib/play pen in closet - Living room: Queen memory foam sleeper sofa. - Master Bathroom: Private bathroom with beautiful walk-in shower and granite counters. - Guest bathroom : shower/tub with granite counters and custom tile work. - Dish Network in all bedrooms and living room with smart TVs , wifi connected. - USB charging stations in bedrooms and kitchen. - Board games and Nintendo Classic (built-in) games. Property is just as described. Location is perfect! You can walk to Peak 9 in just a few minutes. Everything is close by and you can walk around the town and explore shops, restaurants etc. We loved our stay.

I honestly could not think of a reason why you would not stay here. Communication with Chris was brilliant.

I stayed here for a long weekend with my husband and some friends and we were all impressed with our stay.
We had plenty of amenities and the condo was very clean.
The location is great, we could drive anywhere we wanted to go within 5 minutes.
There's a cozy fire place and we all loved how comfortable the bedding in both rooms were!
Also a close walk to a heated pool and multiple hot tubs! Awesome stay and location, thanks for having us!

Not only was this place so close to everything & extremely cozy, but Christopher was an amazing property manager. We weren’t able to turn on the fireplace and he sent someone over right away who was able to help us. The place had everything we needed and more. I will definitely be staying here again in the future.

Family was visiting from out of state so we decided to get away to Breckenridge for the weekend to see some mountains and leaves. The condo was in a great, quiet location with easy access to hiking trails and downtown. The rooms are spacious enough that we were able to setup our toddler's portable crib. Check-in process was easy, and everything was tidy and comfortable. Would stay again

This property is located 10 minutes from downtown (walk). Located in a beautiful forest. Very comfortable beds. Only negative was pool/hot tub was not on property and washer/dryer was not in unit (couple floors down). Property manager was very communicative and allowed us to check in early. We would stay again.

The property was wonderful for our party of four. It was in close proximity to all things Breckenridge and surrounding areas. We were able to walk to local shops and restaurants.

We had a great time staying here. The property was exactly as pictured and very clean. One thing to note is both bedrooms had the MOST comfortable beds I have ever slept in. I know many rentals always have the worst ones, but not here!! You will definitely have to take the free bus to ski if you have children, but very walkable just to go into Peak 10 to eat. Again, very nice place. We would stay again if we come back!

An app is used, but there is little to no wifi signal in laundry room. Eventually, app said these particular machines were offline. Machines are old and use quarters- there is no indication of how many quarters required or if quarters would still even work. We just didn't do laundry. Other than that, this condo is so comfortable and great for our family of two adults and two teenagers!
