More 3 star plus than a 4 star but good value for money

Room was very nice, especially bathroom. Food was nice with a decent variety and most of staff very helpful and friendly

The bar man who was rather arrogant and rude at times. However, the lady was very nice who also covered the bar, one of the guests actually told me that the bar man frightened her !! Also the hotel is overlooked by apartments opposite

Very good

I liked the resort,the room, the pool, nice lady to the reception, Kate and Gabriela very involved animation girls and very nice with our son, good food and sweets, the location not too far from the beach!

There was a man Alberto to the lobby bar, a Sniper man that waching us , and ben us some things like: our son in not allowed to use a normal plate but a small one, to use by himself that juice machinne, I came from our room with a glass to the bar and he asked me where I took it from! I assure him to put It back in our room! Perhaps he has a good intention but is not the proper aprouch! It is required that the staff speack with him to be more discret, to ignore some situations and to speack less about his football career.

Cleaning was not bad

There was no variety in the meals, always the same dishes were given. Drinks were very bad and poor quality. Definitely not a hotel to come. Hotel Very bad, I don't understand why they gave 4 stars. The pool is very small, it fills up when 5 people enter. I definitely do not recommend.

rooms are specious and very comfortable.

the food is a little monotonous but still you can find something for you each meal.

It was worth the stay! 👍

It was a new, clean hotel, bed was comfy, food was good. The reception was great, they looked out for our luggages until the bus arrived. Breakfast was the same but the other 2 courses had diversity each day. The pool was always very clean. The bar was the only meh thing about our stay. Simple, low quality juice and the guy that was serving always looked at me in a funny way. 😅🤷‍♂️

Not impressed at all

Near the city center and the beach. A groceries store next to the hotel. Pool was nice and big enough. Sunbeds were comfortable. The bar guy was positive and helpful.

The parking was unfinished. The room was differing from the pictures. Cheap toiletaries. The food at the restaurant and the drinks were low quality. The cleaning lady forgot to clean our room 3 days - unaxeptable when you go with a small kid. The safe box electronics in the room was not working and we had to use the spare clutch to open and close it.

Room was clean and everything brand new, but should have wardrobe and tv in the bedroom.

No tables or pool bar, staff poorly trained and they seem inconvenienced if you ask for a drink. Not enought tables on terrace, plates and food left on them, dirty. Not enought umbrellas for everyone at pool. Food was repetitive for 1 week, not really “snack bar”(just apricots and frozen pizza 7 days), very few sortiments for drink. no highchair for kids. couldn’t lock the room from the inside, had to block it with the mini fridge. biggest mistake to choose it for holiday.

rooms were clean and spacious. pool was clean.

staff were badly trained, unprofessional to the extent of getting in the pool with young girls staying at the hotel. Made people feel uncomfortable. Plates and food left on tables for hours. resulting in stray cats and birds eating from tables. Staff moody and seeming inconvenienced if you ask for a drink.

Brand-new hotel with

The place is very spacious and airy. All security measurements for the guests in rooms are on the top level. There is emergency phone and bell even in bathroom. The Wi-Fi is strong and many TV stations not only in Bulgarian allows you to chill in the room. The lobby is spacious and there is a bar near to it (bar is still in making). The restaurant is big. The pool is clean and there is a small secure section for children only 0,5m deep. There are still works being done but the hotel is going in good direction. Once fully done and in operation will be great place to stay in all inclusive option.

This is a brand new hotel with all the implications that comes with it. The team is still working on the best arrangements and training the new employees hence here and there there may be the things that could be done better. Once the staff is fully prepared for international gusts this place will be great! The food was good and there was enough for all the guests. The bar in lobby is small and looks like still in making but was serving already hot and cold drinks.

Disappointing

Food and room

No way to sleep well, every night was loud noise coming from pool side. Romanian, Ukranian people have to learn how to behave among other people.

Best price in Sunny beach, but 3 stars

Brand new hotel, let's say 3 stars. Really tasty cakes

Same food every day, 3 times a day, especially for vegetarian, not enough fruits or not at all, salad from previous meal mixed with new one and served for the current meal. Few more little things, but overall for the price, we've been satisfied.

Wonderful time

I liked the variety of food. In every day we had soup for lunch.The staff was impeccable and very efficient, they go out of their way to accommodate whatever it is you might need.
