Private stand-alone oceanfront home on the Atlantic side of A1A in Melbourne Beach close to Sebastian Inlet.
Tranquil & relaxing place for a holiday retreat. Newly renovated deck accessed from the living/dining & master bedroom with a view that never disappoints.
Your family and friends will find themselves spending most of the time on the beach or on the deck to take in the sunrise, watch dolphins pass by & the turtle’s make their way back to the ocean after a hard night’s work. An idyllic beach getaway with everything that your family and friends would need to feel at home.
This spacious private home has two floors, 3 bedrooms, 3 baths with room to sleep 6 guests plus a sleeper sofa in the den. Upstairs, the living, dining and kitchen have views of the ocean as well as the master bedroom. Downstairs, the den opens on to a deck with a hammock to sleep your afternoons away. The house is clean and well maintained and tastefully furnished and decorated.
The house is ready for your to spend the week while just bringing your suitcase. The kitchen is stocked with everything you may need. We have extra bedding, beach towels, beach gear and an outdoor shower. The house is in a quiet part of Melbourne Beach and you mostly have the beach all to yourself.
Everything is there to make your stay easy and relaxing. Enjoy the great restaurants and beach front bars along A1A. Loads of activities just short drive from the house.
Sebastian Inlet Park and Aquarina Golf course are just 5 minutes away.

From start to finish this whole trip was outstanding. Carole was superb. Attentive, thought of everything, was a real pleasure to deal with. The house itself looks fabulous in the listing but is even better in person. Amazing house. To top all of that you get that incredible view and a beach all to yourself. (May) A real highlight was the variety of “visitors” Dolphins pretty much daily, turtles, numerous birds. Just down the road at Sebastian Park Inlet you could add Manatees and occasionally sharks to your list. Overall it was a great holiday and we can’t wait to return

This is our second time staying at the beach house and as always, it was fantastic, Carole is very accommodating, she has everything you need to enjoy your stay and she leaves a gorgeous welcome basket every time, we will be back again, it's our favorite place. The beach house is the only place we would stay in Melbourne.

Pros - Great ocean view; upstairs floor views terrific; beautiful deck.
Cons - This property was sold in the fall of 2019 and the former owner is the property manager. This created triangulation in communication when we encountered these issues. 1) No hot water (hot water heater went out) - three days of tepid showers and a day and a half of NO hot water at all; 2) GFI tripping constantly in the kitchen creating no electricity, errors with the dishwasher, malfunctioning garbage disposal and ice maker, inability to use coffee maker; 3) Poor "house book"; no live TV for the first day: no Roku password for the master BR during the 2 week stay; different messaging on aspects of departure; 4)Lower floor remained damp throughout 2 week stay; 5) Lights in garage didn't work, nor did sconces outside garage, so grilled to the light of an iPhone when pulling grill out after dark. We did our best to communicate via text to the property manager as all these issues arose. She consistently replied, "will contact owner and revert." We requested and did receive a small rebate. When the check arrived from the owner, there was no note and no words of apology. Obviously, we won't be staying at this property again.
