Town house with brand new inside, completely remodeled. Located on 1.2 acres of ocean front property. Appointed with all new essentials for a comfortable stay, including; 2 queen beds and queen sofa bed. Full kitchen (dishes, pots, pans, cutlery, cooking utensils etc.), linens, towels, wifi, Smart TV. Keurig coffee maker, toaster, microwave and dishwasher. New washer/dryer on site. Your town house is on North side with stairs leading to 2nd floor entrance.
Completely renovated Townhouse with all new furniture and appliances, including two bedrooms both having queen beds, a queen sofa bed, two bathrooms and all the comforts of home it sleeps 6 very comfortably. Beach front 1.2 acre property with Townhouse that has a view of ocean from back deck and living room.
Quiet, tranquil, natural unspoiled beaches and only a 5 minute drive or 20 minute walk along beach to Sebastian Inlet State Park and it's outstanding fishing pier and nature park with shallow beach, manatees often swim right into these shallow waters where you can gently pet them and enjoy their beauty up close.
Melbourne Beach has some of Florida's finest beaches, peaceful, charming, nature abounds, clear water, pristine unspoiled beaches. Sit back and relax, take a swim, buggy board, surf, fish or do nothing but take in tropical scenery.
Most mornings you can be sure to see beautiful sea birds, turtle tracks and even dolphins in the shimmering sun light just before dawn. Sit on the beach deck and allow the sound of the waves and the ocean breeze to let your imagination wisk you away to dreamland. Feel the sand between your toes as you work on your tan after a refreshing swim in the ocean, or just relax in one of our adirondack chairs.
Please leave the sand at the beach. There is a shower for rinsing in the back yard, keep sand out of the house and showers as it clogs the drains.
Our 1.2 acre Property has no neighbors to south or north which is a state protected natural space. Townhouse located closer to street, very short walk to beach. 1.2 acre property shared by another town house and a beach house.
Our neighborhood relies on well water, our well is hundreds of feet below ground, water is treated on a regular basis even though sometimes it will have a light odor. For drinking we get you started by providing some bottled water.
Publix grocery store five to seven minute drive north along highway A1A. Easy day trips to Orlando and NASA from here.
