We loved our stay at this place. The communication was great and very kind and informative. Everything that you would need was stocked like soaps, detergents, etc. The place was clean, beautiful, and the wraparound porch was so nice. The hot tub was big and heated when we arrived. The beach was very close, through a small trail through some trees less than 3 minutes walk. We truly enjoyed our stay in Melbourne and would love to stay here again. Highly recommend.

We had never been to this area of Florida but found this to be a great place for a quiet beach vacation. The house is exactly as pictured. It was very clean, modern, had great amenities: bikes, beach gear, wonderful hot tub. Lots of thoughtful provisions for kids. There is a paved bike path that runs along the road for miles. We were impressed with how clean and uncrowded the private neighborhood beach across the street was. Definitely needed a car as groceries and restaurants were a little bit of a drive. Aside from the beach, I would highly recommend a trip to McKee Botanical Gardens in Vero Beach. It is a beautiful place with an interesting history and even a magical children's garden featuring a pirate's ship/tree house and splash pad (made me wish I was a kid again) - well worth a visit!

The bungalow was totally charming, very well maintained and felt like a private oasis! All of the appliances, fixtures and furniture was excellent quality. The kitchen was well equipped with everything needed to even prepare a gourmet meal. The bed in the master was amazing, might just have to reach out for the brand!! My family said all the other beds were great. We were visiting for a "Celebration of Life" and didn't get to spend as much time enjoying all of the amenities...but my sisters lives only a mile away and we will definitely be back to enjoy it more fully. Lastly Miriam our host was graciously spot on in her communication from beginning to end!

We had a fantastic stay at this property. It was beautifully appointed and sparkling clean. The hot tub is huge and the beds were extremely comfortable. The private beach, which is basically across the street, was gorgeous and uncrowded, and chairs, boogie boards, etc. are provided - even bikes! Our host was super responsive, a pleasure to communicate with, and made sure we had everything we needed. You should know that it's about a 10 minute drive to the closest supermarket, restaurants, etc., and a bit farther into "town," but staying at this lovely property was totally worth the extra drive. Highly recommended.
