Nestled in Belmont Shore, this lovely condo for $299 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. Gorgeous , spacious 1500 square feet upper.Featuring a totally private rooftop deck with fire pit , ping pong and comfy lounge chairs. 2 large bedrooms and huge living room with new sectional sleeper and a twin bed with privacy screen. Remolded kitchen with top of the line appliances.Ideal location in a quiet residential street but only 2 min. Walk from the vibrant social scene on 2nd street and 8 min walk to the beaches. Walk to the city Bike share , 2min walk on Granada, take a long bike ride along the bike path on Ocean towards downtown Long Beach, have lunch a Gladstones or yard house, take a whale /dolphin tour. Enjoy a game at Legends Sports bar on 2nd st. Try Stand up paddling or kayaking in Naples, enjoy the famous Holiday lights , rent a Duffy by the Ballast point, only $89 for the electric boats, or a Gondola at Gondala Getaway, also 10 min away on Alamitos Bay, so much to do in Belmont Shore!

Fabulous property, just as advertised.

We enjoyed our one week vacation in Belmont Shores. The house was ideal for 5 people and is located a few blocks from 2nd Street restaurants, bars, coffee bakeries, boutiques and beach. It was only a 10-15 minute Uber ride everywhere we went. The private rooftop was a plus!

Nice size, very clean and had the Extras to make this a great choice for Long Beach. Strip of restaurants are 2 blocks away and beach about .4 mile walk. Squeeky master bed is only complaint, albeit very minor. If I had to go back to Long Beach, this would be my choice of stay.

We really enjoyed the roof top patio.!The place was quite comfortable. We didn’t have to reach out to the host for anything during our stay, everything worked. It’s in a quiet neighborhood yet close to great boutiques, restaurants and the beach.
Water pressure and hot water were great in shower.
I would rent here again!

Absolutely love this apartment. Had everything and more available for us to use. Love the style of the apt and owner is very nice and was helpful on our first day there. Neighborhood is cute and close to all kinds of shops. We really enjoyed our stay and would love to rent it out again. Master bed was very firm if you like that kind of bed. Overall amazing place.

We could not have asked for a better week! The apartment was perfect, clean and bright with a great deck and short walk to the beach. The kitchen was well stocked and I was able to cook Thanksgiving dinner. We lucked into wonderful weather which made the location all the better. Would definitely stay there again.

Best Location and comfort in Long Beach
This rental was perfect for our stay. We could walk to 4th street as well as the beach. It was easy to park (garage) and get around. The beds were all comfy and the kitchen has everything we needed. We plan to return next year.

We had a wonderful time for our bachelorette group. It was bigger than it looked in the pictures and had plenty of room for everyone to sleep. Very clean and walking distance to all the coffee shops, bars and beach!

Big place and a great location. Beds were comfortable. Not noisy. Everything was clean. Easy check in and check out. We really enjoyed the fire pit.

Simple, Clean & Comfortable For Our Family Including our Dogs!
This property is an upstairs condo. It is clean and comfortable and dog friendly. The owner is super nice and responsive. There are many restaurants very very close by. The deck has a nice fire pit. The kitchen is well stocked and linens are good. The neighborhood is great from the walkablity perspective. The Rosie’s Dog Beach is a short and nice walk through the neighborhood, walking and running is easy too-in the area. The only reason I gave a 4 vs 5 stars is that parking for a larger SUV is a definite challenge. You really need to wait for a spot to open on the street. The garage is available but must be for a small car. I would recommend this property and I have high standards!

My family and I were in town for my brother's wedding and the place was as described. What we enjoyed most was how close it was to a main street of town that had several shops and restaurants that we got to go to. Also the back outdoor space was really nice and cozy. Would absolutely stay here again!

Cozy beach house with great roof deck
This beach house could not be cozier, the giant living room couch is as amazing as it looks in photos, it’s definitely the cleanest beach house I’ve ever stayed in, and the deck is such a nice outdoor space to hang out on.

The property is a short walk from the beach and only a few minute walk from 2nd Street, a street with wonderful restaurants, shopping, cafes, etc. Although many places were closed due to COVID-19, I was still able to get take-out from some delicious restaurants and get great coffee in the morning. Not only is the property and the location excellent, but the owner Marianne is very kind and an incredible host. The work she put into ensuring the cleanliness of the property was evident (she also left plenty of cleaning supplies, which was really nice to have on hand). Whether with friends or family, I have stayed in various vrbo and airbnb properties, and this was by far the best. If you are in search of a rental for various reasons due to COVID-19, this rental was private which allowed me to properly social distance myself, while also be in a great location for me to go on walks. I highly recommend staying at this property, I had a truly perfect experience and will definitely be visiting again.

Wonderful stay!
Very spacious and clean, beds were very comfortable with high end linens. The new 2nd bathroom was a great addition. We enjoyed relaxing on the private rooftop deck . Beautiful neighborhood, felt safe and quiet. Highly recommend , will be back!
