Located just minutes from downtown Long Beach, CSU Long Beach, the Long Beach Aquarium, the Queen Mary, the LA Harbor andoser to Surf City USA - Huntington Beach. Use this as your home base to access all of southern California's favorite spots - your options are endless! If you love water - you can windsurf, swim, kayak, surf, row, paddle board, jet ski, or even ride in an authentic gondola or take a sunset sailing cruise right in this neighborhood! Getting Around: We have one reserved parking space for you, plus there is ample street parking available. Less than one block to 2nd Street shops and restaurants. Two small blocks to the beach. Less than 3 miles to CSU Long Beach. You can rent our bikes, or rent scooters, take Uber, Lyft, or catch the bus. You can rent anything there *Nature - El Dorado Park & Nature Center *Best evening stroll - up & down 2nd street.
