Fantastic stay in January away from Chicago snow to a wonderful beach vacation in LA. Brad was super helpful and his restaurant recommendations were perfect. Wonderful historic property, feels like there are happy stories in the walls. Close to the beach, we went several times despite the cooler water and weather. Could not have asked for more, will definitely choose this place next time.

My husband and I took our son and 3 of his friends to LA for a music festival. Staying in Long Beach was a perfect stay away from LA. This home was a perfect location with walking distance to the beach, coffee shop (Philz Coffee), dining and shopping. Brad and Olga have done an AMAZING job with this beautiful Oasis property. They have thought of absolutely everything for amenity’s. We used the bikes and paddle boards. Everyone in the neighborhood were very friendly. Communication with Brad was always efficient, easy and helpful. We would definitely recommend this property to anyone.

My family & I stayed several days in Casa de las Palmas in Belmont Shore and WOW, it did not disappoint!!! The Casa was full of charm and exquisite detail! We sat out on the fantastic front patio-around the Firepit having cocktails. The back courtyard is magical…bistro lights, bistro table, fountain, luscious plants-I could have stayed out there all night! The breakfast nook was perfect for the early riser. (my husband) He was able to work on his computer & make calls without disturbing others.
The location is outstanding. There is something all the way around-beach, 2nd St, Shoreline Village. If looking for a SoCal experience, this is the perfect place for you! My husband & I are already making plans to go back! Brad is a wonderful host & is quick to help (perhaps, if you happen to lock yourself out!!)Thank you Brad, for sharing your beautiful & charming Casa de las Palmas with us-we will see you SOON!

The location & property are beautiful! As a confirmed party of 5, it was spacious and enjoyable. The only downfall was there were 2 towels for 5 of us to use so majority of us had to use hand towels after a shower. As a whole, the property was a great part of our trip!

We loved our 2 night stay prior to our trip to Disneyland. The decor and location was amazing ! We rode the bikes to the beach paths and nearby restaurant. The owner has thought of everything here. Highly recommend! The only challenge is the street parking but once you find a spot you don’t really need to drive anywhere.

Super Hosts are always always the best. This lovely, quaint, adorably decorated and comfortable home was a respite for our souls. Close to the beach, shops, restaurants in a quiet neighborhood. The house is beautiful, with its charming beach cottage style and really nice landscaping outdoors (including lights), and it’s well equipped with all you need. We enjoyed our breakfasts in the nook, loved biking in the sunset with the colourful bikes and going down for a run and training at the outdoor gym on the beach just below the house. Loved the active lifestyle in the area! We really envoyed the surrounding neighbourhood, nice houses, nice people and close to restaurants and bars. Smooth checkin process too.

The location was perfect to walk to the beach and restaurants. The Casa had everything you would ever need to make your stay comfortable. My friend and I had numerous Happy Hours on the front patio and talked with the neighbors. Very quiet neighborhood.

When I saw this home I thought it looked beautiful I’ve rented many homes and sometimes you get there and they don’t look as good , this is better than the photos it’s such a beautiful home with so much thought gone into every single space . It has absolutely everything you could need from toiletries to milk and sugar , so much thought has gone into everything.
The location is gorgeous and extremely safe we had done a rd trip from San Francisco and stayed at several locations and this is where I felt the safest of them all let my son go off on his own which I wouldn’t have in other areas .
We used the bikes to cycle to long beach and we took 2 of the paddle boards down to Belmont shore bay which was about a 10 minute walk and used the paddle board carrier which made it really easy .
We met Brad and Olga who were just lovely too !
Great restaurants 2 blocks walk away about 5/10 minutes .
My only regret is we only had 2 nights in this beautiful place .

This was a super smooth and positive experience. The extra care the owners took was above and beyond. We’ll equipped for kids of all ages and the beds were super comfortable…a big plus! I would hands down recommend this property to anyone looking.

We stayed here for our last trip as a family of 3 and had a wonderful time. The home was beautiful, quiet, had everything we needed and more. It is so quiet, peaceful and really felt like we were on a true vacation and not just staying at a random house. The beach was a very short abs easy walk away and there were great amenities. Very cute and well kept old house. This was also great for my almost 2 year old son! Highly recommend.

The house is in great condition and very well stocked. Very comfortable and close to a lot of cool things. We spent Easter there and that little back yard was perfect for my granddaughter to color eggs and hunt the next morning. I especially loved the breakfast nook off the kitchen.

We enjoyed both outdoor spaces with the tranquil water features, plants and fire pit. Great location for walking to restaurants and the beach. It is very pleasing when you arrive at a vacation rental and the place is exactly (and more) what you had seen online and anticipated. Our host (Brad) was responsive and gave us enough details in advance to make our stay wonderful. Casa de las Palmas was perfect for our needs (two adults, two kids). The home was well stocked and we found all the utensils we needed. The location is close to restaurants (walking distance) and some attractions we wanted to visit in Long beach. Overall and great stay and we will return when possible. Thank you Brad!

We spent two weeks in Brad's home. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there. It is such a charming place and neighborhood. The fountains and exterior lighting add an especially magical feel. The house was well stocked with everything we would need. We made very good use of the bikes Brad provided by cruising to Long Beach and on to Seal Beach. There was a very minor issue with one of the electrical items in the house, I only mention this because as soon as I notified Brad, he immediately rectified the issue.
We highly recommend this Belmont Shore home and its host Brad.
