Located in Key Colony Beach, this attractive house for $348 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. Welcome to our Peace of Paradise in the Keys! Ocean, beach and private salt pool living at its Best! Enjoy swimming and sun bathing right across the street at Private Inch Beach or at the private salt pool surrounded by tropical plants. As you enter Key Colony Beach, a quiet and peaceful island town, you are immediately immersed in a tropical atmosphere supported by azure water views. Our Peace of Paradise is located on West Ocean Drive and embodies the relaxing and true Keys ambience you came for. Picture yourself enjoying sea breezes while watching the ocean on the private lanai. Enjoy a frozen margarita and hum along to some Jimmy Buffet as you experience leisure and luxury available only in the Keys – the United States version of the Caribbean. Our Living Area of the Home features ample and comfortable seating centered around a flat screen television. The two sets of triple glass sliding doors open up onto your lanai, the perfect place to enjoy early morning coffee or an evening cocktail while watching the ocean. Cook up your favorite meals in the fully equipped kitchen featuring a seating area, full sized appliances, pots, pans and dishes – everything you need. Or, if you prefer you can grill on our gas grill provided (please be courteous of the next quest and maintain the integrity of the grill). The Master Bedroom is furnished with a luxurious Queen Sized bed and features a view of the pool and the canal through the large windows and double slider. Although we have no boat dockage or access but a beautiful canal. The Master Bedroom also features a full Master Bathroom. You will also find a full size washer and dryer for your convenience located just outside the bedrooms tucked away in a large closet! This bedroom also includes a flat screen television. The Guest Bedroom is appointed with a Queen bed and twin bed. A full bathroom is right next to guest bedroom & ample towels and linens you need for your stay in paradise are provided. Located a short walk away lies Sunset Park, known for incredible views of famed Florida Keys sunsets enjoyed from the sandy beach. Directly across the street is the infamous Inch Beach, a private beach that has beautiful views, white sand and a large Tiki Hut that can be used to enjoy lunch or just get away from the sun while still enjoying the incredible views and ocean breezes. Both Key Colony Inn Restaurant and Havana Jack’s Oceanside Restaurant are located within a few blocks. The entirety of Key Colony Beach offers walking with a bike path around the entire island as well as an executive golf course, basketball courts, pickleball and tennis courts for those that want to enjoy those activities. Boat rentals, snorkeling trips or kayak rentals are with in 2-3 miles and from our home short walk to Deep Blue Dive shop in Key Colony Beach. Deep Blue Dive has established a reputation for catering to groups of any size, offering dive-in-one day instruction and personalizing trips to focus on reef watching, wreck diving, lobstering and spearfishing and everything in between. No smoking and no pets allowed.

Peace of Paradise is exactly as advertised. The ocean view from the balcony, private beach access, heated private pool, and every amenity inside the property were great. The community is quiet, walk-able, and safe. Sunset Park is so close, you feel guilty for not attending sunsets. The owners provide ample information ahead and in the physical binder on the coffee table. As an organized person, I appreciated the labels. Marathon offers a lot of activities and is close to Islamorada (fishing trip) and Key West (tourist day). We had a great time and have already recommended the property to some of our friends. Thank you!

Peace of Paradise was exactly what I needed for a relaxing and rejuvenating vacation. Key Colony Beach is a lovely, friendly and quite community. A refreshing change from touristy beach towns. Having the option of going to the private beach or hanging around the heated pool is great. We ended up doing both almost every day we were there. Inch beach is small in size but perfect. We enjoyed it alone most days. My husband referred to it as our own "Corona Commercial". There are 3 restaurants in easy walking distance. All were good. I also cooked several meals in the well stocked kitchen and on the gas grill. This home is even better in person! I have already recommended it a friend and hope to stay there again. The photos don't do this home justice. It is lovely and really homely, in a fab neighbourhood. Extremely comfortable sofas and beds, and a great selection of china and plastic crockery etc. The only thing I couldn't find was a broom for sweeping the floors (but I perhaps just didn’t find it as they literally had EVERYTHING else you could possibly need. Downstairs the kids were extremely happy to find a room with pool toys, noodles etc. The pool was by far their favourite part of their stay at KCB! At one point the pool heating stopped working and the water got very chilly, but less than 24 hours after emailing Katie she'd got a pool guy to come and get it up and running. Very good communication throughout!
We wandered down to Sunset Park a few times to watch the sun go down and sing along to 'Island of Marathon' (you'll see). Also enjoyed the beautiful Inch Beach over the road. Would definitely stay again :)

The property was perfectly located in a quiet area opposite the beach access.
The owners have gone above and beyond to provide everything to enjoy your stay.
Beach towels and chairs, inflatable toys for the pool, beach umbrellas. Literally everything you need. There’s loads of local restaurants and activities to do, all within 5 mins drive, some within walking distance.

We had a wonderful time at this Key Colony Beach house. We arrived, and everything in the house was exceptionally clean, and spacious. Large kitchen with lots of extra supplies for cooking. Wonderful front deck with comfy chairs. We sat on all the time and looked at the awesome view of the water and Inch Beach. The pool was large, and a wonderful bonus. When we were not out exploring the kids lived in the pool. Thanks so much for a wonderful stay!

This is one awesome property! We really enjoyed the beautiful pool, views of the ocean, and the cleanliness and spaciousness of the property! The location was terrific; just across the street from Inch Beach and a very short walk to Sunset Park. Our only suggestion would be to have an outside dining table/chairs and a full-sized ironing board. A++++ property!

A true vacation. We did nothing for a week. Rest and relaxation. The home had everything we needed. We stayed in mostly. I enjoyed the balcony, while my spouse enjoyed the pool & beach. Groceries stores and restaurants nearby. Communication with property manager and owner was quick. All questions were answered promptly.
KCB is a lovely community off the beaten path from the tourists. Would like to come here again and again.

Better Than Expected
First impression... Wow! I've rated the accuracy of the listing as a five, but in reality the photos do not do justice to this property. When you enter the house you realize that the photos you saw online look like the property you are standing in but everything is much larger and roomier than the photos make it appear which is a very nice surprise! This house was super comfortable and we enjoyed every aspect of it from the decor throughout to the prime location and the private pool. We will absolutely try to book this property for our future visits. We were aware of Key Colony Beach already but if you have never stayed there, you owe it to yourself to do so. It is quiet, peaceful and beautiful. Perhaps the only thing we were missing was something we knew in advance and that is that this property does not have direct canal access. This would have been a bonus if we could have fished the canal direct from the property. But honestly there is nothing to complain about here... the owners clearly take pride in their Peace of Paradise and it shows. This was a top notch rental!

This was a great experience for our family and first time at Key Colony Beach. The location and proximity to Inch Beach and Sunset Park was great. The beds were very comfortable and the neighborhood was quiet. The house had everything we needed to enjoy our stay, including beach chairs and sand toys. Our Allegiant flights were mysteriously cancelled and we were required to drive 14 hours to visit, so it was great to have such a welcoming and restful place to stay. Thanks!

Marathon/Key West family Thanksgiving trip 2021
Loved everything about the condo. Laid out and stocked like a personal home which made it super welcoming. Lots of quality decor and furniture. Well stocked kitchen with all the appliances and plenty of starter items such as spices, coffee, oil, foil, baggies, etc. There were extra toiletries as well in case you needed some. Beds were super comfortable. Balcony was spacious with a great view. Pool was plenty large enough (3.5 ft deep but long) with a spacious area for lounging and a grill. Beach front access is a straight shot across the street and through a parking lot (maybe a football field in total distance from door to sand). Beach area is cleaned by the HOA community so very little sea grass. Sunset Beach is about 2 blocks down with a paved walking path the whole way. Overall, one of the better homes we have had the pleasure of renting. Only thing missing was an iron and ironing board and free access to bicycles would have been even better. Key Colony Beach is very safe and relaxed and perfect for lazy days on the beach. Location is over an hour to Key West, about 20 minutes to most things in Marathon, and about 30-45 minutes to Islamorada.

We absolutely loved Piece of Paradise and are already planning a return trip because it truly is paradise! We rent a lot of VRBO homes and this is our new favorite. The house, pool, beach and location are just perfect! The home had everything you could possibly need and more.

Very relaxing
We really enjoyed this property in Key Colony Beach! The pool was a highlight, we were in it every day. There were some floats available for us to use, but we also brought some of our own. The plants around the pool were lovely and provided some privacy. The beach right across the street was another highlight. The first time we went, the ocean was really swimmable and the beach was pretty clean. By the end of our stay, the seaweed crept in, so it was significantly less swimmable and whoever is in charge of keeping the beach cleaned and raked let it go for a few days so it was full of seaweed and pretty smelly. This is just an FYI, nothing to do with the property itself.
The location of the property was in the heart of the keys, so we loved being able to travel in either direction to go to an attraction. Publix was close by and several other establishments to get whatever we needed. We were able to get our groceries delivered to the house from Publix. We were able to order in pizza. We also cooked a lot and had everything we needed, which was great! We really enjoyed the vibe of Havana Jacks and Sparkys, two restaurants that were really close. We did have to purchase toilet paper, paper towels and laundry soap towards the end of our trip. We also ran out of handsoap. So be prepared to purchase some of those essentials.
Having the washer and dryer, cozy living space, deck of cards and other games were excellent! Communication with Katie was fantastic. We (mostly our kids) also really enjoyed having Alexa to play our favorite songs.
We would definitely stay on this property again and highly recommend it!

Peace of Paradise
The Peace of Paradise name is accurate. The place was wonderful. We started most of our days with breakfast on the balcony. There is a great view of the ocean from there. We ended most of our days in the pool. It's so nice to have a private pool. We were at the beach a few times. It is directly across the street. We also took in a sunset at Sunset beach which is a short walk. The location of the property is great too. We spent time in Key West and Islamorada. The location is very central to reaching the other Keys. Everything was clean and the decor is really nice too. I definitely recommend it.

Perfect Location, Endless Amenities!
Not only was this property gorgeous and in a wonderful location to access all of the attractions near Key Colony and the other Keys, but also fully stocked with items you don’t think about until you arrive. The beach view from the lanai was incredible and we enjoyed the pool as well. Would definitely reserve this home again!

Great house across from beach. Well stocked. Pool is longer than pictures showed and perfect for children as it is shallow. Pool heater works great. Wonderful place to stay.
