New gem added to Hollywood’s vacation rental listings! Spacious 3 bedroom / 3 bath, home, bright and immaculate, with SPARKLING turquoise pool! Only 5 1/2 miles from beautiful family friendly Hollywood Beach, with its world famous 2..5 mile BRoadwalk!
HUGE living/ dining areas, modern and fully equipped kitchen, ample patio seating with barbecue grill in tropical setting with views of palms and hibiscus.
Property has wifi and 5 flat screen TVs. Crib, pack n play, and high chair available upon request. New comfortable mattresses and linens. Bath and pool towels are provided, together with a welcome basket, waters, and initial coffee, tea and toiletries.
Sleeping Accommodations:
- Bedroom 1 ( Tropic Sunrise): 1 King bed and 1 trundle ( 2 twins). View/ access to pool, en suite cabana bathroom, walk in closet
-,Bedroom 2 ( Turquoise Seas): 1 queen bed and 1 trundle ( 2 twins). View/ access to pool, en suite cabana bathroom.
- Bedroom 3 ( Coral Cove): 1 queen bed and 1 trundle (2 twins), with convenient hall access to full guest bathroom.
- Common area ( living room): Queen size pull out sleeper sofa
Board games and pool toys are available for added fun. Please be aware that there is a fence with pool-compliant gates surrounding the property, but there is not a “baby fence”. ( Children are to be supervised by an adult at all times. )
Tommy, the property manager, is readily available to assist and answer any questions that may arise.
The home is in a lovely residential neighborhood, with many restaurants, grocery stores, churches, temples, and Joe DiMaggio Children’s Hospital.
