The location was great. A few yards from the Promenade and in amongst the huge variety of restaurants and bars.
The property is tired looking, it needs some TLC.

The location was amazing. It was not at the exact location mentioned in the address but one street parallel to it. Which was in a better and more quiet street.
The furniture and amnesties were run off. Bathroom door was not closing.

"Small apartment in the middle of Nice by the Promenade des Anglais perfect for 2 persons. A bit worn out but very clean. Very comfortable bed. We did not use the kitchen but I would say it is perfect ..."
