Fabulous apartment in Nice. Great location close to the promenade and the old town with lots of restaurants close by. The apartment is very comfortable and extremely well-provisioned. The host goes the extra mile to provide everything you could need on your stage in Nice and was very accommodating when we had a delayed arrival.

The location was absolutely fabulous! Walking distance to all that Nice has to offer in and around the City Center. Everything one might need is steps away from the apartment.
The mattresses aren’t the worst, but they’re also not the most comfortable and it’s probably time to replace them. The front bedroom needs blackout curtains.

Posizione centralissima in zona pedonale piena di negozi, bar, ristoranti. Dal lungomare dista meno di cinque minuti a piedi. Ottimo l'impianto di aria condizionata. Ottima la insonorizzazione. WiFi ben funzionante. Cucina fornita di tutto, completa (forno sia elettrico che a micro-onde) e perfettamente funzionante. Possibilità di parcheggio nelle immediate vicinanze (in strada o in parcheggio multipiano). Gentilissimi nell'averci dato possibilità di un checkout posticipato di qualche ora.
