I liked the overall cleanliness and easy accessibility from and to the airport via Swedavia buses. Check-in and -out procedures didn't require any staff to be around and instructions sent by the hotel were sufficient to get to the room. Customer service is responsive and could address my query alright. Room had the advertised amenities.

The hotel had terrible way to reach on foot from airport. Booking stated it was 1 km away, but it was more than 2 km on foot. First along highway, then pedestrian path through forest. Scary. Also we did not have toilet or shower in the room. Or breakfast.
