מדובר בבית ישן שעבר חידוש בדברים מסוימים.
המטבח ישן מאוד - כולל כלי האוכל.
מכונת הכביסה עתיקה וידנית ונוזלים ממנה מים (אין הוראות הפעלה במקום. נדרשתי לפנות לבעלת הבית לקבלת הוראות, וגם אז המכונה נזלה).
ניאגרה אחת התקלקלה. אסלה שניה לא נגישה (הכיור חוסם אותה).
מתקני סבון מתפרקים.
ברז מקלחת ישן ונוזל (נדרש להחליף!).
מזרונים לא נוחים בכלל.
