Situated in Estero Island, this lovely house for $224 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. You'll love this incredibly located beach house! Just a short walk to the beach and a couple homes from the trolley stop that can hustle you all over Estero Island. It doesn't get any more convenient! This home is complete with a king master bedroom and a second bedroom outfitted with two twin-sized beds. There is also a pull out love seat for additional sleeping in the main living area. The perfect, mid-island location is minutes to the Times Square and Lover's Key State Park, Bowditch Point Park, boating, marinas, restaurants, library, movie theater and shopping galore! Clean, and fresh living area, tile and wood floors, central A/C, open deck plus additional lanai on the rear of home.. Full kitchen, too! Enjoy your meals on the front or rear deck, soak up some healthy Florida sunshine and warm, tropical breezes like no other!

The area was hard hit by Ian in 2022, and recovery has apparently been slow. This property smehow survived. It is small, and a few things did not work, but we - a family of 4 - managed. Ed, the host, communicated well. We mostly had the beach to ourselves.

Location, location, location. The beach was literally right across the street and very secluded away from the huge crowds. Time Square and the fishing pier is an enjoyable mile walk. The house was extremely clean with three bathrooms with showers. A major bonus. They had plenty of beach chairs, beach towels and a beach umbrella for us to use. That just made our week so much better. We fell in love with Ft. Myers.

This was a great beach house! It’s a 3 minute walk to the beach with some amazing views. The owner was extremely responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. There was an issue with the air conditioner and he called someone to come out on a Saturday to fix it immediately. He also accommodated a late departure. The house was equipped with so many extras so if you forgot something, they had it! We would absolutely stay here again!

This house sits within walking distance of the beach and a few restaurants. We didn’t get a car and used Uber to get around. The host of the house responds quickly to any questions. The house came with many extras I didn’t expect. There we’re toiletries, lotion, plenty of towels, coffee, shampoo and soap. I would definitely stay again.

The house is very comfortable and everything works perfectly. It's very near to the beach and located in a quiet neighborhood.

This house was clean, great beds and well equipped (even with beach chairs, parasol, cooler etc,). Close to the beach and great pancake + pizza places nearby. Ft. Myers was amazing!

Perfect little home!
This cute little place fit my sisters and I perfectly. The three bathrooms were great for saving time, especially after the beach! The property manager, Cami, is a great communicator and adjusted to our needs promptly. It is a short 5 minute walk to the beach, and the home includes umbrellas and beach chairs. Plenty of lounging and comfort in this home. Would stay again!

When we contacted them to ask for a refund they beat around the bush and didn’t even feel bad. Terrible people. I do have pictures of everything if anyone would like to see.

100% recommend this location. House is close to the beach, clean, and perfect for a family of 4. Would 100% rent again just to enjoy more breakfasts on the screened-in porch. Beds were very comfortable and plenty of hot water for everyone's post-beach showers. My son says thanks for including a volleyball and Netflix!

On a positive note, the location was close to the beach, but center of Fort Myers Beach where all the action is (although only a mile down) could take 1 or more hours in traffic at times. The Condo does need a lot of work. King bed has cardboard for support and squeeks with every movement and a twin bed is rock hard. Bathroom towel hooks and toilet paper rolls falling off walls and doors(we had to get a screwdriver to fix a lot of things). If you are close to 6' your knees will hit the door when sitting on the toilet in one of the bathrooms. Whole house plumbing issues with back up in shower when other shower is being used and no water pressure in the small bathroom. The owner did come to fix the plumbing only for the next morning to find the probelm was not resolved. We had to plung the tub and all the sinks and tub finally went down. Airconditioner new, but froze up due to heat regulation (owner did send someone to fix it the next day). No dressors with shelves in either bedrom, only stand alone with place to hang clothes (no shelves) and night stands. TV could not be regulated and the voice had several second delay (owner did check it out and said their must be a way to fix it, but was not sure how). The Roku is on the small TV in the twin room, not living room (bring your firestick!). Needs shades in both bedrooms or the sun will wake you up at sunrise. Total price was not appropriate for the condition of the home is currently in, although it was cutely decorated. If your vacation is to just on a beach and not stay in the house, this may be the house for a small family of 4. Four adults were to cramped in the small living space of about 16' by 16' that contained the kitchen, living room, bathroom, and dining room.

The location was excellent- just a short walk straight to the beach and close to other local restaurants. We especially liked Tuckaway Cafe which was within walking distance. I would not hesitate coming back to this property if we make another Fort Myers vacation- thank you!

The free trolley was a great way to get around. No need to pay or try to find a place to park or to be waiting in traffic.
As others and the owners stated the house could use some TLC (tender loving care) however if you balance this with the price and location we found this to be the right place for us.
