☀︎ The property is set in tropical nature so expect to occasionally spot little bugs or critters. Hawaii does not have any poisonous creatures not even snakes! So please do not worry if you see something you've never seen before, like the Madagascar Day Gecko :) They're very beautiful, friendly and only eat bugs.
☀︎ Wild chickens are a real thing and roosters crowing or sounds of coqui frogs at night is quite common on the coast.

Our stay at the small rustic farmhouse was peaceful and very pleasant. There is an ocean view from the back deck and even colored clouds and rainbows. We met some goats that lived next door and some neighbors walking their horses up the road. The songs of the birds, frogs and roosters was a delight during the evening and daytime. We bought some fresh eggs from the hosts that was so convenient and yummy. The bed is so comfy, and the location is a great central point to start from for adventuring nearby sites in either direction. It is a very basic living arrangement, no frills, but very clean and serene and a great place to experience.

Although I told them (text) what time I would be arriving - no one was there 2 meet me! ... the listing nor the hosts told me about the hill from the parking area to the rooms, no signs to non-existant office, dead zone 4 tel.!!! so I sat in my car 'til friends arrived to help me down THE Hill
