This experience staying at this condo was the worst of any stay I have ever had on any vacation. We got bit every moment we were in the condo. We woke up each day with TONS of bites. It was a nightmare! The showers had mold in the grout, the cooking pans were so over used that the enamel was completely scraped off and you could not even cook in them, the tv screen was cracked in the living room, the plastic chairs were cracked and uncomfortable to sit on, the tv in the smaller bedroom never had a signal so no one could watch it, the master bedroom was so hot even though the air was on, the couch in the living room was so overused it was uncomfortable to even sit on and the outdoor pool was bone dry. Not once were we able to use it. We paid so much money for this place because it had a pool & looked beautiful & we weren’t even able to use it! On top of ALL of the above, the owner sends me a charge for $40 saying we ruined his towels. All we did was use them to shower. He didn’t even provide us with toilet paper. There was one roll and we had to buy it for the rest of our stay. You are also charged a check in fee as soon as you arrive. Please pick another place or leave your vacation full of 100’s of bites and disappointed beyond belief then get home and find out after you went through the nightmare of staying there, you have now replaced all of the towels for the next guest or whatever this owner is in the mood to try to get new from the next people to vacation there!

The beautiful condo was appointed with everything we needed for our stay. The air conditioning worked great! Huge plus. And what’s more, it was so amazingly sparkling clean top to bottom. Outstanding! The owner was superb with instructions and correspondence. The area is beautiful and felt safe the entire time. Easy access to main roads and lots of awesome dining and shopping. I would most definitely stay here again and highly encourage others to do the same. It was wonderful! Thank you!!

Sergio was very helpful during the process of checking in, which is a bit confusing and unclear, but he was very responsive in guiding us through the process. Access to the pool was a nice amenity and the view was excellent.

Lobby and unit was very modern and comfortable. Unit is right next to elevator connected to parking garage which was soooo convenient. Very spacious and clean. You need a key to enter the building, unit, and parking garage so I felt very safe. Pool was also nice and there were beach chairs in the closet to use as well which was nice. There was a check in fee that wasn’t included in the description. Overall great stay thank you.

It was a great stay. We had few minor hiccups (elevator, no kitchen sink water, and the garage opener stopped working), but the host/facilities were very quick to respond. I was especially impressed by how the host Sergio responded to my messages. I would definitely choose to stay here again.

Overall was a great place to stay and Sergio was easy to work with and quick to fix problems with parking and remotes that came up. Only complaints would be lacking in household items. We only had 2 garbage bags, 2 dishwasher tablets, no hot pad holder, no dish rag, and no extra towels. We stayed a week do maybe people dont stay that long. The area was great and nice areas all within walking distance. Pool was great with yhe kids and friendly staff. Great time in Miami.

The appt is well situated, the building and the interior facilities seem a little tired ( Gym). The appt is very spacious and was clean. Dishwasher tabs , bottle opener, detergent needed to be purchased. Sergio the owner was very friendly and replied quickly to any question.

There were no basic essentials in the kitchen like salt and pepper, foil, etc. Beds were a little uncomfortable. Be aware of noise by the elevator that is heard by whoever sleeps in the bedroom.closest to it. We have stayed in other units in the same building and liked it better but the price was great and we love the location and this property.

Good experience. The apartment has some problems like that shower in one of the bathrooms does not work well and some kitchen supplies are needed. The mop and the broom are dirty with lots of hairs and dirt. The response of the host was great: very fast and receptive of the requirements.

The place was in a safe area and a very nice property. Plenty of things to do around the property. Not quite sure why I had to pay $40 for parking space when information I got from owner gave me details on parking. I guess for the arm bands around the property. The room was clean and ready for us but just a few things about it that needs to be looked at. In one of the bathrooms the ceiling has water damage and needs repair and looks like mold around ac vents. Overall a good place to stay and close to a lot of things to do. Just a couple of things could make it better

The place was nice, prime location for the event I went to FL for. It’s three bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, but one of the bedrooms is not private. You have to enter bedroom 2 to get to bedroom 3. That’s a privacy issue, but we worked around it. The host was very responsive, every time I text him, he got back to me in a timely manner.

The Pros: The property was very clean and big. The location was awesome. Easy to communicate with the owner. The Cons: the building will charge you a fee to check in and can not tell you what the fee is for. You have to wear a blue bracelet and if you lose it you pay ,however no one ever cheked it. The valets were smoking right by the front door so you walk through smoke going in and out of the building, the unit was not stocked very well. We only had 6 towels and 3 washcloths for 6 people for 3 days. The towel rack in the bathroom kept falling off the wall, we had to buy toliet paper bc there was only a half a roll in both bathrooms.

Sergio, was really responded to our urgent call. I just wish that he had a better cleaning staff that would do the job the 1st time. Hope they fixed toilets, where it doesn’t over flow. Over all, we had a great time.

Property description was misleading

Property description was misleading

The unit was very clean and had plenty of room. The pool area was nice with lots of chairs. However, the listing said bar but there wasn’t one. It also said hot tub but again there wasn’t one. When I asked the property manager he said the “bar” was a table in the market where you could sit and have a drink and the hot tub that was included in the amenities was a mistake made by VRBO. The elevator on the end hall wasn’t working so only 3 elevators for the entire facility. The room while clean, was in disrepair. One of the bedroom doors even had a hole in it by the handle so that the door wouldn’t latch shut. The unit definitely needs some maintenance. Overall we were disappointed in the unit itself.

The property was clean and equipped, we had a great weekend away from home, beautiful upgrades and super easy check in and out, we used Valet instead of the parking garage, we did not use any of the amenities on site but the workers were always pleasant.

This property is located perfectly in between Ft Lauderdale and Miami plus the beach is across the street. The biggest reason I didn’t give this a 5 star rating is that the 3rd bedroom lacks a bit on privacy. You have go into the 3rd bedroom to get to the door for the 2nd bedroom. If it was mentions in the property description I didn’t see it.

Loved our week! Weather was great beach was clean and restful! We wanted quick access to the beach and it was exactly that! This apartment is on the highway side so it’s a little noisy in the morning but really no big deal. Pretty close to Miami and Fort Lauderdale we went to dinner there most nights. Definitely recommend a really nice place😊

Everything was pretty clean and I say that because I own a cleaning business so I’m probably just being a little tedious. Cable didn’t work though(not sure if that was extra or something). View was amazing of the bay! King bed was a little stiff but loved all the closet space in all bedrooms. Washer and dryer on every floor so that was convenient. But shower in bedroom did not get hot. The other worked just fine. Maybe 5 minute walk to the beach. Again overall it was a great stay.
