Overall we would definitely recommend the property. It was perfect for our family of 14. Lots is space.
We did a lot of our own cooking and kitchen had everything we needed to make gourmet meals.
Location was ideal to get to Disney and Universal Parks. Lots of grocery and shopping store very close.
Oasis club walking distance.
We rented cars. Did not use Uber.
Minor issues with 2 games in game room. Air hockey fan does not move the puck. Stars wars game did not work. Lots of other options though.
We ran into challenges w 2 of our group’s names not on the entry gate listing which is huge inconvenience at check in. Also the line up at the entry gate can be very long. Host responded very quickly, but still added an hour to check in.
Because we had a toddler and crawler we discovered under beds, corners etc could use a good cleaning/vacuuming.
Barbeque very dirty.
TV’s everywhere, which is wonderful.
We didn’t make much use of the theatre room as too busy visiting with family.
There was a Christmas Tree set up in the family room when we arrived. Everyone excited about that!

We loved staying at this home. Plenty of room for a large family. The game room and pool were a hit with the kids and the Oasis Club House and pool area were amazing.

This house was beautiful decorated and clean. For family of 17 this house had all comfortable king beds for all the adults which was a plus. House looks just like the pictures. The kids really enjoyed the game room and the pool. Adults enjoyed the hot tub and theater room. The kids never got bored. It had everything we needed to make our stay fabulous. Will definitely recommend to my friends and family. We would love to rent this house again. There were a few things that needed to be fixed and the owners came the next day to fix them. They were always available to answer all of our questions.

This is the second time we've stayed here, we loved it this time as much as the last. It has a great layout with lots of things to do for the kids. We had a great time!
Communication with the owner was great with very prompt response when we needed. We just love this place and will definitely stay here again in the future.

Place was everything we needed having a family of 4 kids and 2 adults. Kids loved the pool/ hot tub and all the gaming options. Close walk to one of 2 outdoor pool areas and great location with many options of food close by.
Property manager was very quick with responses and overall we are very pleased with our stay and highly recommend for larger families to give yourself some space from everyone during these long stays

Booking and check in were very easy and painless, we went with a family of 16 with 8 kids ages from 1 to 10 and 8 adults, the house had plenty of room for all of us, the game room was great for the older kids and they had plenty of other games for the whole family, if going in the winter i would recommend heating the pool its a little cool after dark. We did have an issue with the upstairs hvac not working, and the owner Stacie was in top of it and got it fixed right away, Stacie was the best,she responded to all question we had from bookibg to checkout. We usually stay in a hotel but after the experience we had with everyone this is the only way to go now. I would give this a house an A+. I just say how much we enjoyed our stay and the reception the owners gave us. GREAT JOB STACIE

We had a wonderful time on the property! There was something for everyone! The littles enjoyed the pool and game room and keep asking to go back. It was a close drive to all of the parks and very accessible to grocery stores, restaurants, etc. Everyone loved the themed rooms, there was plenty of room, and we’ve already rebooked! We are so excited!

This house was amazing! It had something for everyone and we were all disappointed that we were too busy to enjoy it more. Its a must if you have teens! The negative we experienced was the property management doesn't provide a lot of necessities like TP, paper towels, trashbags, etc. It would have been helpful to know that ahead of time so we could bring those items. They also don't advertise that there is a fee if you want the hot tub and pool heated. Even with these, I would definitely stay there again!

The house was perfect for all 16 of us; close to stores needed and parks we attended-both driving ourselves and reasonable Uber rides. The kids loved the pool and hot tub!

The villa is lovely and the themed rooms were a hit. The cinema room worked well and the games room provided the children with a place to hang out when they got too hot outside. There were a couple of issues we had that were rectified as quickly as possible by Stacie. Stacie was a great host and quick to respond.

We stayed here with my family and my daughter’s future in-laws. Large group with various ages for over a week. There was plenty of space for everyone and it was very clean. It also had good sound control. The teens were having fun in the game room and pool but the littles slept right through it all upstairs. The kitchen was also well stocked. We had the best time! It did have some wear and tear but it was still very nice and I think unreasonable to think it would all look new. The decor was fun and we enjoyed all the “hidden” surprises. There is a Mickey on the baseboard behind a bathroom door. Fun!!

Overall, the property was great. It wasn't quite as advertised though. The Pac-Man game was broken and didn't work. The spa wouldn't work correctly nor would the theater room nor the air hockey table. (We weren't able to watch a single movie in it.) They were able to fix the spa relatively quickly but we still lost almost 2 full days of not being able to use it. The owners were quick to respond with questions when asked.

We are a family of 10 adults and 9 children. The oldest child is 8 years of age. No exaggeration, the house met our needs perfectly. The open concept kitchen (very well equipped), living room and dining area allowed for plenty of space and we never felt like we were tripping over one another. The large dining room table allowed for many memorable family meals. Sleeping accommodations were comfortable and plentiful and the spacious upstairs provided a relaxing place for the children to play when they took a break from the pool. What a treat it was to have a movie theatre movie where tired children could occasionally chill out before bedtime. The pool deck was spacious with plenty of deck chairs and lounges. The bathroom with pool deck access was a necessity with a bunch of young children. The pool and hot tub kept everyone occupied for hours and the pool basketball net was a huge hit with all ages. The house was a 5 minute walk to the Oasis club which is a real plus. Lastly, we didn’t have a lot of requirements for her services, but Stacie and her property management team were awesome when it came to meeting our needs or answering questions. We will definitely be returning.

We stayed at this property over spring break. We had a few hiccups with the air but the owner responded quickly and got someone out ASAP to fix it. Only issue is the Doorwall being so heavy and difficult to open. It was left cracked a few times because my parents who are in their 80’s couldn’t get it shut. Other than that no issues. Pool was clean and owner was very helpful in helping with instructions for games and also theatre room.
The house is beautiful as well as the resort area. We rented cabanas and it was totally worth the money. We would absolutely stay at this property again as there is nothing negative to say about it.

We stayed for 12 days with a group of 16 people, with ages ranging from 5 to 73. We had plenty of space and the kids absolutely loved the theatre room and game room, not to mention the themed bedrooms. We were disappointed to not have more time to just enjoy the house as we had park tickets most days.
Everything was as shown and the few issues or questions we asked got answered in record time. There were a few tiny little issues like the air hockey machine didn’t have air, the coffee machine only made 2-3 cups at a time, and we only had 2 wine glasses and 3 mugs, but these were such minor issues to us that we didn’t even bother contacting them - they would have probably addressed these if we had seeing as they were so accommodating. We paid for the pool heat and it was fantastic. Garbage pickup every day, and able to park 3 cars in the driveway. Overall, a great place!
That being said, despite being geographically close, the traffic between Davenport and the parks was pretty awful. We spent 45mins to an hour getting there every morning, and the same getting back in the afternoon or evening. This is obviously not an issue with the house whatsoever - we were just surprised at how bad the traffic has gotten as some of us had stayed in Davenport before and it was much easier to get to the parks from there before.

the property size was great. the pool with the basketball was a hit for my 2 teenage boys. bedroom size great and all the bathrooms.
but it says there was AC but when we got there couldnt go past 73 and we all sweat it was so hot. that was a huge downfall. then the main bedrooms on first floor has no handtowels or wash clothes.
then the kicker was when we went to cook some scambled eggs and there was one frying pan size 6 inches. um that was so small to make to eggs for 5 and no pan for bacon etc.
outside there was small pieces of garbage on the front porch upon entering and with having teens most of the games in the game were not working.
so to say the least no we would not stay at this house again but would like a refund for some of these issues .

We loved everything about our stay. Right around the corner from the Water Park Clubhouse made this the perfect spot within a perfect community. The people there were very respectful of each other and there was no chaos at the waterpark. It was very relaxing! The home's decor was absolutely stunning and very updated. The kitchen included everything you could imagine! The beds are all super comfortable with newer mattresses. I simply cannot say enough about the care that has gone into this lovely rental home. Thank you for making our experience with our children and grands better than we ever dreamed possible!

Best house I have stayed at! Over the past 9 years going out to Orlando with my family we have stayed at many houses and hotels. This was the best we have visited. Real carpet! Most places that you stay have cheap thin carpet that you feel strange walking barefoot on. The beds were all great, the sectional, the theater room and the arcade games in the rec room had my family wanting to stay in rather than going to the parks!

We had 19 people (10 adults + 9 kids all aged 9 and under) stay here and at no point did we feel crowded. We went to Disney for three days and the house was conveniently located as the drive was about a half hour on average - a little more in the morning rush hour and a little less coming home. While at the house the kids loved the pool, movie theatre, and game room (the game room takes up the garage but with the gated community we had no concerns with street parking). The kids all shared in the three bunk bed rooms which left five king beds for the adult couples, all with smart TVs. We also utilized the clubhouse pool a couple days which was a five minute walk from the house and included a kid play area, water slide and lazy river along with bar/food service (pretty pricey drinks though). Management was responsive to all our inquiries, and the property management took out garbage daily which was nice since we accumulated a lot with such a large group. Only thing that was lacking was a grill as we would have loved to BBQ with such a large group. The reality of the house matched up very well with the website pictures. Overall I’d say everyone in our group was very pleased with the property. If the opportunity arises again in the future I’d be happy to visit again.

Stacie was very responsive and was able to accommodate our last minute early check in request. She got us a stroller on a Sunday so we could use it early the next day and she answered all of our questions very quickly.
The house was more than we could have hoped for. Our three boys (plus all the adults) said that the house with the private pool and uniquely themed bedrooms made our trip even more magical.
It wasn't too far of a drive from the parks we went to. We'd definitely stay here again.

Just spent 10 days on Moon Valley Dr…. It was the absolute best vacation! We had a few hurdles… but Stacie was great at responding and fixing our issues in a timely manner! They even had stuff delivered to the house from Amazon! (Basketballs for the pool) We will definitely be staying here again, when In Florida! Great themed rooms for the kids… and close to Disney and all the fun! 100% recommended!!!

Just returned back home from a wonderful week with my 4 children, their spouses, and my 4 grandchildren. We were 13 in total and there was more than enough room. The grandchildren loved their themed rooms and enjoyed watching movies in the media room before bedtime. The house was clean and beautifully decorated. The Oasis Club is within walking distance and we enjoyed the splash pad and lazy river. The home owner Stacy was very responsive to any questions I had prior to our arrival and during our stay. As we floated in the pool and spa on our last day, we were already planning our next visit!

We had 16 people stay at this house and it accommodated us all extremely well. The bedrooms are all fun and well equipped with all we needed. The pool area is so fun! We love the Oasis club and the service there. It is conveniently located close to Disney World and Universal Studios. We even did a beach day and the drive wasn't too bad. The house is clean, fun and well equipped for hosting large parties. I would stay there again!

Just stayed here for one week with 8 adults and 8 children. The house is large and spacious and the amenities are fantastic. The theatre room does work fine. We stayed during Ian so they can’t be held accountable for that but as for the property itself it could use some TLC. The air filters in the home have not been changed in at least a year they are disgusting to say the least. I changed the one on the 1st floor. The dishwasher needs to be replaced because it’s so gross inside we would not even use it. They had charged me extra money for a grill rental we used it the first night and ran out of propane the following day…. They did make good on this and brought us another tank the following night. They also charge additional for the pool heater which we paid and we were only able to use the pool the first two nights as a awful smell started coming from the jacuzzi and the water turned a brownish color, the fact they never reached out to somewhat rectify that is mind boggling to me. Whomever cleans the property does not do a good job even in the slightest the master bedroom has a layer of dust on the headboard that has been collecting for at least a year I’m baffled that nobody else can notice this I could see it clear as day. If the house gets a good deep clean replace some mattresses fix the leak in the front hallway that comes right through the smoke detector (which filled 7 gallons of water the night of Ian) and get that PH on the pool right it would be a 5 star rental but as of right now it is not even close. I would not recommend this rental until it has had these items looked at.

I will never, ever rent this villa again. TV in theatre room did not work. Could only play games. This was one of the main attraction. TV in living did not work. Missing remote. Service man was suppose to bring a universal remote. He never came back. Spiderman room., could not watch movies. Programmed for kids channel only. I called complaining but no help from Guest Services. They were rude. Also the inside lining of comfort in master bedroom lumpy. Fence in pool area ripped. Living room sofa broken. There was a hole in the wall. Owner and guest services tried to accuse my family of doing it. It was done before we arrived.

This house absolutely caught our eye when we started searching for a place that could hold 19 people for a family vacation.
It’s a great neighborhood about 25 minutes from Magic Kingdom. Good golf course. Nice clubhouse with good food prices. Plenty of room and having that pool was amazing.

Mickey Bed mattress was very slanted (turned out there was a broken box spring and they had wood slats that fell into the box spring which once I fixed it was okay)
Only six coffee cups for a place that sleeps 20
Upstairs AC went out at one point
Dryer was venting into the room as it became disconnected from the wall (I fixed that once I realized it)
Now why four stars and not less with all of that? Simple. Contacting the people of issues they were the most responsive people I have even witnessed. Stacie was amazing responding within an hour in most cases and almost every issue we ran I to was resolved within 24 hours. She even shipped new controllers, a new power cord, shuffleboard dust, and air hockey pucks overnight from Amazon. It was absolutely astounding how incredible they were.
Yes some of what you read is true. Some of the bed mattresses could stand to be replaced, but they weren’t terrible. I’ve seen others complain of the things I listed above, but I would bet they never tried to ask for assistance because Stacie resolved every issued very fast. Even with the AC going out and us not realizing it until we got home at 11pm they had someone come out that morning and fix it.
The house was amazing and while it took a few days to get all the amenities working or existing as we found them it was still amazing!!

Stay on Moon Valley
We would have liked to share our comments privately with the owners. But, we were not allowed to contact them directly. We thought the house was well thought out and set up by the owners. Our concerns are with the cleaning, maintenance, and upkeep. We’re not sure the owners are aware of some of these issues. There were cleaning issues; dishwasher had to be cleaned twice before use, some showers needed some scrubbing (mold and human droppings) , spotty floor cleaning, not sure all beds were fresh made (matted/slept on sheets), and when we were looking for the controls to many of the tvs video games and video room that were scattered throughout the house, we were instructed to look around and under the furniture, we found old food and large amounts of lent and dust. As for the maintenance, one shower handle was falling off, a whole was knocked in one of the upstairs bedroom walls, the video room didn’t work and the maintenance man that came worked on it for about an hour with no luck (this was one of the big reasons we booked this house), one of the living room chairs bottom is breaking out and uncomfortable to sit in, one of the recliners back was broken and about to fall off.
We believe the owners would like to know these issues because we paid extra for the heater for the pool / spa, and it didn’t work. We called the managing company which told us to contact the owners. I told them that we didn’t have a way to contact them and could the give us a number or email. We were told they couldn’t do that but they would email the owners. Shortly, the owner messaged us through VRBO and said they had digitally reset the heater and to try it. It worked great. The owners seemed very concerned that that was taken care of properly. We feel that if they knew about these other issues with their property they would be just as concerned.

The pictures does not do the house any justice!! Loved every bit of it!!! My kids and family enjoyed themselves. Only problem was the sheets in one room were not cleaned but we washed them. That didn’t take away from our amazing stay!!
