A complete bathroom and kitchen equipped with microwave, ceramic hob, refrigerator, washing machine, toaster, nespresso machine, juicer and all the kitchen utensils that are necessary for a comfortable stay and feel at home. Shower towels, beach towels and sheet set are provided. It is located on a second floor without elevator. Attention to guests.- I will welcome you and personally show you everything as well as answer any questions you may have about the apartment, the neighborhood, the city or something you require. The neighborhood. - It is strategically located so that you can move very easily. All services are within walking distance and very well connected with many bus, metro or bicycle lines. In the surroundings there are all kinds of restaurants, tapas bars and traditional bread ovens. It has a convenient location, in front of a Consum supermarket, a pharmacy, the Turia river, a beautiful place to walk, run, bike and many other activities. Bel appartement ancien très bien rénové, proche de la vieille ville. Tout est prêt pour l'arrivée même les serviettes de plage. Le propriétaire est très arrangeant sur les horaires et très sympa. Le gros soucis : prévoir des boules quies, on a l'impression de dormir sur l'autoroute. Et pas de parking comme indiqué : il faut se garer dans la rue et il n'y a pas toujours de place

Charmés par la localisation, en effet, il suffit de traverser le pont pour se retrouver dans le vieux Valence, charmés par l'appartement en soi, idéal pour des familles, mais très bien entre amis aussi. Paco est quelqu'un de gentil et serviable, on se rapproche d'un service hôtelier de qualité, je recommande vivement cet appartement. Il n'y a pas d'assenceur, c'est au 2eme étage, parfait pour se mettre en jambe. En face de l'entrée principale, vous trouverez un supermarché de quartier, parfait en cas d'oublie, ou pour tout simplement faire ses courses. Séjour parfait. Merci Paco, y tengo que decirte que acabamos de encontrar el reloj :), gracias por todo, volveremos^^.

The apartment was clean and very comfortable. There is a ceiling fan in the bedrooms which was very helpful with the heat at night. The location was great, even though it's across the bridge from the inner old town, it really is very close to walk across the Serrano bridge. LOVED having a grocery store across the street too. Paco was very nice. He took the time to map out some of the areas we should visit. Would stay there again.
