Situated in Valencia, this lovely condo for $202 per night is a great option for your next break. If you need us to pick you up or take you to the airport, please ask us for a consultation, if Mario's work schedule allows it, you can do so. Rate: 25 euros each way Apartment 100 meters from the beach, 1 minute walk, 3 bedrooms, kitchen with equipped American bar, 2 balconies, bathroom with shower, 1 minute bus stop, supermarkets, cot, TV, WIFI, Air conditioning. Registration VT-36962-V STANDAR. The accommodation is a first floor without elevator, very bright, clean, completely renovated, there are 3 bedrooms (2 with a bed of 1. 35 by 1. 90 and another of 1. 10 by 1. 90), in the living room sofa-bed for 2 people, maximum capacity for 6 people, ideal for families- The kitchen with American bar has a fridge, microwave, oven, gas hob, menage, coffee maker, large table for 6 people of 1.40 for 90, WIFI, sheets, towels and air conditioning in the dining room (this works with a limiter, 8 free hours per day, after 1 euro is charged for 2 hours of service, we do not seek to profit but the customer makes conscious use of energy consumption. We appreciate your understanding in advance WIFI service, towels, sheets, air conditioning, city plans, COT for babies. The air conditioner has a wallet incorporated, 6 hours a day is free, then you will have to put 1 euro to run 2 more hours. With this we do not seek to profit but that the client makes a conscious use of this service, we have decided to do so given the negative experience with this issue. Isabel was a great host, great communication and easy checkin.
We would return to this apartment again, everything worked perfectly and location close the beach was fantastic. Easy shopping and coffee nearby. Good shower, amenities, very clean and modern.
Only two minor issues:
- the toilet does not accept toilet paper, although this may be common in this area we were unaware and would have liked to know in advance. This would not stop us from renting here again
- the bed in the living room is not very comfortable for an adult, it should probably only be used by a child. All other beds were perfect.
Otherwise the AC and fans kept the unit very comfortable for sleeping and we would love to come back - thanks Isabel!

Apartamento muy bien ubicado
El apartamento estaba muy bien distribuido y decorado por dentro. La ubicación perfecta cerca de playa, restaurantes y supermercados. El problema era por la noche que al ser un primero exterior oíamos los ruidos de los coches, motos y la gente que pasaba. También hubiera sido bueno que la comoda de la habitación de matrimonio no estuviera lleno de cosas para colocar ropa.

Schöne Lage in der Nähe der Strandpromenade
Nette Wohnung, freundliche und hilfsbereite Vermieterin. Bus in unmittelbarer Nähe und fährt auch in kurzen Abständen. Man kommt also schnell in die Stadt. Am Strand ist man in 1 Minute. Für 6 Personen würde ich die Wohnung nicht empfehlen .

Nous y avons passé une très agréable semaine avec nos trois enfants.
L'appartement est conforme à l'annonce, tout fonctionnait : propre, lumineux, décoration moderne et sobre.
L'appartement est bien situé : à pied pour la plage et le supermarché ( jambon, oranges) et le traiteur (tapas), des bus à 100 mètres pour le centre historique et le musée des sciences. Nous avons aussi beaucoup apprécié la documentation touristique à l'arrivée (bus, métro, plan, ...) et le fond de cuisine (condiments, riz, huile, etc ...).

Très bien situé et des lignes de bus à tous les coin de rues et des supérettes
Proche de la plage là où les restaurant sont il faut le dire attrape touriste niveau tarif. Un conseil allez dans un resto où les gens de valences mange en famille prenez à droite en sortant de l’appartement et allez aussitôt rue à gauche c’est super bon. Et pas chère. Pour ce qui est de l’appartement il est tres bien équipé propre et fonctionnel.
Merci de l’accueil par la propriétaire à 8h du matin comme nous avions rouler de nuit de la Bretagne.

Great for beach.
Location is great. Very short walk to the beach and transport is plenty and short walks. Was given plenty of towels. Flat was good. Some things niggling. Balcony has shutters in bedroom regretted opening it as keys were tricky to take out spent ages on it trying to remove the key. 3 bedrooms good size. Supermarket around the corner. Good location for the beach. First time experience need to empty bottle for air conditioner so keep an eye on that! Wasn't aware of that. Can dry clothes on the balcony beside kitchen.

we spent 5 October days full of sun and plenty of things to do.
We chose this appartment because of its close location to the beach and we did it right !
We enjoyed the most beautiful sun rises and it was not very early in this period of the year ;)
Isabel was very attentive and helpful, she gave us good adresses and useful tips.

Strandnah aber ohne jeglichen Komfort und Wohlfühleffekt
Wohnung mit Ausblick auf mit Graffiti besprühte Betonwände und vermülltem brachliegendem Grundstück
Klimaanlage reichte nicht für komplette Wohnung, zwei Schlafzimmer blieben brütend heiß. Zudem war die Nutzbarkeit der Klimaanlage zeitlich eingeschränkt, darüber hinaus musste man Geld einwerfen. Angeblich aus ökologischen Gründen.
Wäschetrockner habe ich selber gekauft
Kaffeemaschine nicht vorhanden
Bügelbrett nicht vorhanden
Bad mit sehr kleinem Waschbecken, wie in einem Gäste-WC. Wasserstrahl nur sehr gering
Schwarze Plastik-Couch, die abblätterte
TV in Größe eines kleinen PC-Bildschirms - nur spanische Programme - Lautsprecher mit Blechdosenakustik
"Balkone" sind nur Austritte
Mit der Erfahrung, die wir in den letzten Jahren mit Fe-Wo-direkt gemacht haben, nämlich positive, schätzen wir die Wohnung mit diesem Standard als viel zu teuer ein.

Appartement proche de la plage
L'appartement est propre et fonctionnel. Proche de la plage on se sent en vacances très vite. L'accueil par Isabel est sympathique, elle nous donne de bons conseils. Proche de l'appartement, on trouve un traiteur et un supermarché. Nous avons passé quelques jours très agréables dans cet appartement. Dommage que le temps n'ait pas été trop beau !

Great locating and beautiful apartment
We only spent one night here because we were just stopping on our way through, and I'm sad we didn't get to stay longer. The apartment is in a great locating, right by the beach with a market just down the street. The apartment was very cute and homey. I really wish we had been visiting for longer and during better weather because the beach was beautiful! Our GPS sent us to the wrong place, so we were late arriving and a little frazzled after a not so fun drive through Valencia, but the hostess was wonderful when we arrived. Would definitely recommend this place to others.

Soggiorno da consigliare
Ci siamo trovati molto bene. La casa è in ordine, pulita ed accogliente. Impianti e WiFi OK. La proprietaria, Isabel, è stata generosa di consigli su luoghi da visitare a Valencia e su ristoranti dove mangiare bene e a prezzi ragionevoli. Il centro non è vicino, ma si raggiunge agevolmente sia in macchina che con i mezzi. La zona nella quale si trova l'appartamento è un po' dimessa e può trarre in inganno, ma noi non abbiamo avuto alcun problema. Parcheggio in strada sempre disponibile o nella strada della casa o nelle vicinanze.

Im sie Altstadt mit Bus und Bahn ca 25 min.
Alles sehr unkompliziert ankommen Wohlfühlen und den Urlaub genießen.

Très bon séjour à Valence, appartement bien situé
Nous avons passé un agréable séjour à Valence dans cet appartement, idéalement situé près de la plage. Le centre de Valence est tout proche en métro (ligne 4) ou en bus (ligne 19). Appartement très bien équipé, rien à dire. Un seul bémol durant notre séjour : les travaux effectués dans l'immeuble, bruit important à certaines heures de la journée.

All very clean, bright, two balconies, large dining table for 6 people, fully equipped kitchen, well connected with bus and metro to the center in just 20 minutes, quiet neighborhood on Malvarrosa beach with all kinds of shops and two supermarkets, Isabel was lovely, took great care of us and gave us good advice, we would definitely recommend this apartment and we will repeat it if we go back

Perfect for both beach and city
I stayed here with my aunty and 4 year old boy for a week and we found the apartment had everything we needed. It is well equipped and spacious and perfect for visiting the beach and easy transportation to the city and arts and science/oceonografic. It is also very close to supermarket which is handy. Isabel was very accommodating of our late arrival and communication was excellent before our arrival. Would definitely stay here again if we visit Valencia again!
