The flat has parking space under the building, with elevator; this was very useful to us since we were travelling by car. The building is relatively new and the host was kind during check-in, and provided some tourist information. The flat was acceptably clean inside.
Although the flat is relatively new, its maintenance is insufficient. The nice, large terrace was not clean. We needed a washer for our clothes and it was not working when we arrived. The host tried to fix it himself and ended up breaking the knob to open the door. It remained broken until we left. Also, some cheap furniture needs repair or upgrade. The location is not very close to tourist attractions, but access to public transport was relatively close. Altogether, the relationship quality/price is poor. We had much higher expectations from the description and pictures in Booking.com

Confortable apartment well served, excellent parking space free of charge inside the building itself so accessible by the lift, well cleaned apartment, very near 2 metro stops, restaurants bars and shops nearby, top vegetarian Indian restaurant at only 50 meters from the building, top choice for a family traveling by car.

It is like on the pictures, don't hesitate, rent this apartman!
The host was very kind, helpful and speaks excellent english.
He waited us at the predefined meeting point, which can be checked on google maps (a gym just next to the entrance of the house). At the beginning he told us some attraction to see and when my son was sick, he was also very helpful (for my message he called immediately).
The apartmant is just perfect.
The bed is very comfortable (my back is not the best but I slept very well).
The terrace is perfect (however for us was a little windy).
There are a lot of TV channels, which is good if you have a little child (5-6 child channels for different ages).
The Wi-fi connection was withouth any problem and it was fast.
The apartman has every kind of equipment: big fridge, oven, microwave oven, washing machine, dishwasher.
The only thing, which was a little bit strange, the sofa was a little shabby.
The bathroom was like in a very nice hotel, very stylish.
The owner provided coffee (good quality), tea and in the bathroom shampoo, showering gel, tissue and of course towels.
The location was personally my favorite: it is not the closest to the city, but in 2 minutes there is a metro station (approximately 25 minutes in total to the very center of the city). But the streets around the apartman are very good, an area where I would be happy to live (but not to the way to the green metro, but to the way of the red or jellow metro).
Streets have a lot of trees, the houses are nice (both oler ones and new ones), no rubbish on the streets (at lest very few) and a lot of places to have breakfast, or a beer. Lovely.
And of course Lisbon is very nice...
Nothing. Everything was absolutely fine and expected.

The host Monir was friendly and helpful. He waited to check us in at midnight, and despite it being late, gave us all the needed information. The apartment itself is cozy and has all the things for a homelike stay.
