There's Water Inspired Art, 2 Large Bedrooms with built-ins, A Separate Laundry, 2 Toilets, A large Comfortable Living area, A Private Entrance, A Large TV & Entertainment, Fast Internet, Subtle lighting and Views from every window. It's suitable for families or couples. also - (smoking is ok outdoors only including on the covered balcony. Parties are not allowed Police would be called, Guests must agree to a maximum of 6 people in the apartment at 1 time.)

Very secluded, high up the hill but only 3-4 minutes by car to the beach.
Plenty room for a couple, with separate bedroom, fully equipped kitchen and lounge area with aT.V.
As for the manager/owner, Paul has been wonderful. Pleasant to deal with, helpful with info where to go/what to see, restaurant in the area etc.
I would definitely book this place again. It was perfect for my needs.

Nice small studio apartment with excellent outlook over Umina and towards Bouddi National park. Great springboard location to explore (by car) the many lovely beaches and walks on the central coast.

Property was tidy and clean, was a bit musty when we arrived though. Diffuser didn’t work and there was no coffee machine as stated in listing on Stayz. Very small and compact, great base to sleep and explore the central Coast restaurants and beaches. Great views from the deck although a small one.

We had a very enjoyable stay here, it was so quiet and relaxing, beautiful to look out over the coast both day and night. We were visited by kookaburras and even a cute wallaby down below. Comfy bed and we slept well. We had everything we needed. Paul was very knowledgable and helpful, a pleasure to deal with. Would definitely come back for another stay here.

Friendly host, great amenities, great location and views. Nice to hear and see the Cockatoos and Kookaburra.

A great place to stay with a fantastic view
We enjoyed our stay here and we had everything we needed. Good kitchen with a table and very comfy lounge area. The bedroom was a good size with a gorgeous view and easily fitted the extra mattress we requested. The bathroom was small but adequate. The view from the little deck was great and we enjoyed a sunset drink there. Very private and quiet. Paul was easy to deal with and very welcoming. There were some nice touches such as wine in the fridge and essentials like milk and butter. Close to Umina and Ettalong with lovely beaches and good cafes (although not walking distance - it's a very steep hill!). We would definitely stay here again.

Location was great for us
Location was spot on for us . As it was rain most of the stay we had dry feet our friend did not (caravan park ) .

Perfect getaway
The penthouse was just perfect for our weekend. It is located on a cliff face. There are no neighbours and has great views of the bay. The location is very quiet. The apartment is clean and has all the amenities we expected.
Paul was very helpful with access info and tips about good places in the area.
We will come again.

Fantastic little hideaway
Communication with Paul was easy from the get go - all information was provided up front, check in was easy and he was attentive throughout to make sure we were having the best stay we could.
Great apartment for a couple, comfortable bed and bedding, clean, everything you could need for cooking in and a spectacular view down over the town to the beach.
Advice for future visitors - there aren't many ubers around so make sure you know the local taxi number if you are out for a few drinks - it's a steep hill if you want to walk back at night!
