Nestled in Miramar Beach, this charming house for $441 per night is a great choice for your next trip. Welcome to Chateau St Tropez! This stunning Mediterranean property is located in the prestigious gated community of St. Tropez and sits directly on Scenic Hwy 98, minutes from the Sandestin Outlet Mall and adjacent to the beach with gorgeous Gulf views from the third-story Master suite and 2nd floor Queen Bedroom. This home was designed to maximize functionality with an open floor plan concept. The kitchen, open to the living room and dining room, is elegantly appointed with granite counter tops, Dacor stainless steel appliances, including an oversized built-in refrigerator, inlay travertine backsplash, hand-made custom copper sinks, as well as a spacious island flanked by two floor-to-ceiling custom stone Corinthian columns which evoke the elegant style that is contiguous throughout the home. The dining room features coffered ceilings and large windows, allowing lots of natural light & views of the heavy Mediterranean architecture and the lush landscaping surrounding the property. There are beautiful concrete-stained floors throughout the first level of the home. The staircase was expertly designed with oak hardwood treads and travertine accents. The second floor features three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and a quaint living area. Distressed travertine adorns the floors on the second level, and a large balcony is also situated on the north side of the house off of the guest suite. The third-floor Master suite is positioned for optimal privacy as it occupies the entire level and features sweeping Gulf views. There is ample closet space, hardwood floors, and a custom trey ceiling. The Master bathroom features distressed travertine flooring, a free-standing cast iron tub with excellent views of the Gulf of Mexico, a spacious standalone shower with a rain-head faucet encased in glass as well as a private water closet, and His & Her's custom-built vanity with a dazzling granite counter top. The Master Suite also features a nice-sized covered balcony, a perfect spot for relaxing overlooking the Gulf. No details were spared on the construction of this property. This comfortable home boasts a fabulous location. When vacationing in this villa, you will be in a premier upscale community of magnificent homes with an atmosphere of Old World sophistication. You will be steps from your private Beach and conveniently close to dining, shopping, entertainment, water sports and fishing, golf, and family attractions. St Tropez Community Information: Within St Tropez is the central oasis with a spacious 2,000 sq. ft. lagoon style pool, over-sized hot tub, attractive bathhouse, tanning deck, and sparkling fountains draped in a lush tropical environment. St. Tropez is a tranquil and secluded enclave within walking distance of Silver Sands Designer Factory Stores, a supermarket less than a mile from Grande Boulevard, and just beyond Sandestin with its famous Village at Baytowne Wharf. This property was amazing! Wonderful, well equiped house; great location convenient to everything. However, the view from 3rd floor & queen room was not what was described. There was a very small peekaboo view of the ocean between buildings on 3rd floor.

The place was very nice. Check in process was very smooth. We had an initial issue with the key code, but the host answered the phone unmediated and rectified the issue. Communication was best in class. Proximity to the beach was great. We enjoyed our stay.

This house was amazing, accommodating, comfy, and wonderful amenities. We enjoyed all of the space to relax, eat, swim, and the quick walk to the beach! It was furnished well and the management was very helpful with whatever we needed! Great location with plenty of things to do nearby. We highly recommend!

This house did the job. We had 12 people with us. We had enough space to chill and enough areas to sleep. It was nice but the pics make this house look a lot bigger and more luxurious than it is.
The front door has a code to unlock but it doesn’t open most of the time. We could not use the grill, needs a good cleaning, it had a lot of roaches crawling out if it.
Across the street is a beach access but it is NOT private as the description says. There are three rows of hotel beach chairs and you can not set up in front of them. The pool and hot tub are great but the hot tub did not work 2 days out of our stay.
Parking is tight, we managed to fit 3 cars in the driveway. Overall the house was ok. Destin is beautiful and we had a great time.

The house has a great layout to allow for family time/games downstairs without disturbing those sleeping upstairs. The kitchen was well stocked and they even had a laundry basket in the closets, which I didn't realize would be so useful but was a great touch. Initially I was a little disappointed that the property is across the street from the beach instead of right on it but honestly it wasn't a problem, even with kids 5-6 years old. Added bonus: the pool/hot tub was never crowded and the sidewalks are nice and wide to walk to stores/restaurants. We parked the first day and didn't need the car again until checkout. Definitely recommend.

We loved our stay here and would stay here again. Location was wonderful. Loved Surf Hut right across the street. Walk to beach was very easy and house is right across from the pool. Home was clean and had everything we needed.
Couple notes: after our plane landed we received a message that we had rental documents that needed to be signed, which would have been nice to take care of ahead of time. It was resolved quickly, but added unnecessary stress. The community pool and hot tub were wonderful, but I wish there was a skimmer laying around because toward the end of the week there was debris from all the wind and we had no way to help clean the leaves out.

Very nice overall. Had a great time and lots of room. They did leave beach chairs and one umbrella. Outdoor shower was very nice. Overall it was a great experience and great first time in Destin. . They do not leave toilet paper. At least extra anyways . And same for paper towels and trash bags.. plenty of dished to cook and very nice kitchen. I give it 8/10 and would rent again

Glamorized pictures, false reality. Poorly maintained, TVs toilets did not work poor location, very overpriced compared to similar properties nearby, poor communication with management. Suggest you do not use.

Nancy, the property manager, was very nice and helpful! The property met our needs and expectations! The only issue we had was with the check in - but once I called, it was resolved quickly. We did have one maintenance call regarding toilets and it was taken care of promptly. We had a very nice stay and the property was very comfortable.

We loved the pool and the easy access to the beach. The beach is very crowded- not a "private beach" as indicated. A couple frustrations with the rental company- I had emailed to ask some questions prior to arriving and never heard back. It would have been nice to know if they had any sand toys/ boogie boards. There were a few that maybe the previous guests had left. Also I had never stayed at a vrbo that wouldn't provide basics like toilet paper or dish soap or beach towels.
The house is very nice though- modern and clean!

St. Tropez was perfect for our family vacation! We enjoyed sitting on the beautiful front porch, the community pool and hot tub and the walk across the street to the beach! The Explorie activities were wonderful, too!

We had an amazing trip. The property was great. Super easy location to the community pool/hot tub and beach access. Love how convenient it was to walk to local places. We also rented golf carts to get around and being where we were we could easily do this. We all had such a great time!

This house met all of my expectations. It was clean and well kept. It provided all kitchen items you could ever need. My only complaint, which is very minor is there were no hot pads to remove items from the oven. Bedrooms were comfortable and bathrooms were well stocked with towels. We loved the pool which was just a short walk across the street. The houses location to the beach was very close and the wagon and beach chairs were a nice bonus. When I did have a concern about the grill not heating properly a new gas tank was provided that day. Overall a great trip and nice accomodations.
