Gulfside Cottages is a tranquil beach community lined with palm trees, a private beach access and large pool. This home at the end of a cul-de-sac is a quick 2 minute, private pathway walk from the front door to the sugary sands of the Emerald Coast! We are located across the road from outlet malls, grocery stores and restaurants or you can cook in our fully stocked kitchen! Gulfside Cottages in Destin (Miramar Beach) are highly sought after by guests. It is a 10 minute drive to 30A and located right next to Sandestin. You can walk to the local grocery, restaurants, and Silver Sands Shopping/Outlet Mall is directly across the street. Stroll over to Starbucks for your morning coffee and muffin. Play Golf at one of the many courses or enjoy some of the beach activities. Just a small taste of what we have to offer. Our three story, four bedroom, three bath, 2300 square foot home with 3rd floor gulf views will serve a family or group up to 12. Destin Sunny Side Up is perfect for entertaining a large group, with a spacious, open kitchen, dining, and family room layout. The private entrance to the beach with no streets or roads to cross is both safe and convenient for families and large groups. After your day at the beach, you can wash off using our outdoor shower. • 1st floor guest bedroom queen bed and bathroom across the hall • 2nd floor Master Suite with King Bed and private bathroom • 2nd floor guest bedroom Queen bed, shared bath next door • 2nd floor guest bedroom twin Bunk bed (top), full size bed (bottom), twin trundle pull out bed below, plus shared bath • Sleeper sofa 1st floor living room • 2 cots located upstairs in Master Suite closet The cottage was set up for a gourmet chef, with a fully stocked kitchen to help you serve culinary delights or even just a snack for the beach. You will also enjoy the full size utility room with washer and dryer, six (50’’+) flat screen Smart TV’s throughout the home, not to mention the wrap around decks for your morning coffee or catching up on today’s news using free, fast WiFi. The 3rd floor tower offers a great place to lounge for kids or adults after a full day of fun! The tower offers ocean views of the Gulf. Enjoy the large flat screen Smart TV for movies, play board games, cards or the New Playstation 4 (bring your games). Or sit at the high-top table for popcorn and snacks. Staying in this beach house made fall break better. We had lots of space. The beds were comfy. Our son loved the game room on the upper floor. The kitchen had everything we needed and more. We experienced no issues with check in/check out. Can’t wait to return.

6 adults. 5 kids under the age of 7. Property was super close to the beach. Place was everything we needed (and wanted). Would definitely stay here again when we travel back to the area. Highly recommend.

Our entire family (ages ranging from 5-80) had an amazing week at Sunny Side Up. The house is stocked with everything you need and more! And, if you need something, Winn-Dixie is literally a minute away. We LOVED the fact that the street is so private and quiet and the beach is super easy to access. Trishelle was always quick to respond when we had questions (where to buy local fresh fish, forgotten pool gate code). Hope we can return to SSU someday soon!

Sunny Side Up was perfect for our family. We had 6-11 people in and out. We had plenty of room for all of us and our dogs. We brought our groceries and ate every meal but 1 there. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook for that many people. I was very pleased with the closeness of the beach access. We went back and forth several times a day.

Our daughter with family traveled from Dallas Tx, our son with family traveled from Greenville SC. My husband and I came form Atlanta, totaling 4 children and 6 adults. The house was perfect for 3 families to stay. Plenty of room, the best stocked kitchen I have ever experienced. Very close to the beach and easy access out of neighborhood to major roads. Gives the impression of a quiet beach neighborhood. Will for sure return.

This is an wonderful property, well maintained and excellent communication with the property manager. The beach access was outstanding and we appreciated access to the stored beach equipment. The only disappointment was that beds in the non-master or bunk room did not appear to be queen size. There were too small for my adult daughter and husband to sleep in comfortably. Otherwise, all was great.

This house was just perfect for us! Very clean and spacious. Very close to the beach (just a short walk). The house is tucked away in the cutest neighborhood, but close to shopping and restaurants. Will definitely stay again!

Overall we had a great time at this property. It was well stocked with kitchen items, cleaning supplies and beach equipment. It offers a good layout for families to enjoy their time together, including a bonus space for kids. It's a quick walk to the beach and the shared community pool area is well-maintained. A quiet neighborhood is exactly what our busy family needed. Upon arrival, some cleaning was needed as floors were not cleaned to our liking. The grill could use a good cleaning to prevent fire hazard. All other appliances worked as they should.

Very nice house. In nice cul-de-sac neighborhood. Very clean and upkept neighborhood. House had plenty of room, we had 8 sleep. Host was very easy to contact and we needed nothing. 3 minute walk to the white sand beach. Couldn't have asked for more. Needed nothing. Came with everything including beach chairs/umbrella, floats, grill, multi level separate climate controls, covered parking. Perfect spot. 2 minutes away from tons of shopping and groceries. Definitely recommend.

My family really loved this property . The house was perfect. Nice kitchen and we all had plenty of room. The location was great. Close to shopping, restaurants and the beach. Nice community pool also. Highlights included my granddaughter’s first trip to the beach and a beautiful motorcycle ride into Panama City beach for thunder beach. Highly recommend this spot.

Loved the room setup. Great place for us to stay with friends. Close to the beach. Love that there was a pool in the community. Golf cart rental was a blast. Didn’t want to leave!
