Welcome to 'Sol M8' Beautiful remodeled 1 bedroom 1 bath condo direct on no drive new smyrna beach with ocean views and sounds from living room and extended balcony. Equipped with a queen pull out sofa bed (with foam mattress) for extra comfort. The open floor plan with full sized kitchen along with brand new appliances makes it perfect for entertaining and preparing meals. Spacious 1 bed 1 bath 2nd floor condo with amazing ocean views. Laundry just steps outside front door. Elevator is very close for those that choose to use. Brand new king size bed with comfortable gel foam topper. Beautiful views and of ocean, beach and pool. Keurig coffee maker, toaster over, double-sided refrigerator along with dishwasher. Two large flat screen TV's, and plenty of games for those rainy days. We include cable, private wifi, and netflix. This complex is clean with beautiful grounds and very well run. Ocean village plaza is directly across the street which provides , Grocery store, ice cream, nail salon, and breakfast & dinner restaurants...Publix is 1.5 miles towards downtown Flagler street area which has great restaurants and shopping as well.

Condo was beautiful, had all we needed and more. Lovely beach which went on for ever so great for walks. Easy drive to many great restaurants and shopping. Wonderful relaxing time despite the not so wonderful weather!

We enjoyed the rental. The only comment is the ceiling fans need cleaning....otherwise it was very comfy.

This is our second visit to NSB staying for 2+ weeks. But for family events, we would have stayed longer. We are already looking at schedules for our next visit. Stacey is prompt, helpful when needed, and always pleasant. The unit is better than described, well-equipped, well-stocked with essentials, nicely furnished, comfortable, clean and situated in a good location. Thank you Stacey. See you next time.

We have stayed at the Castle Reef Property for over 40 years. We try to seriously look at other properties, but this place has it all. The unit was very well appointed with a great view of the pool and ocean waves. Stacey was very quick to respond when needed and you won’t be disappointed with this unit or Stacey. It was just my wife and myself this time, but we occasionally visit with more family. Unit was on the 2nd floor and we could either take the elevator or climb one flight of stairs. We enjoy the 2nd internet because of the convenience yet it also is off the ground so you have a great view. The property management also keep the grounds meticulous.

Convenient to pool and beach, restaurants. Weather was very hot so pool was like a bathtub, so we went down to pool each day around 4. Took two boat excursions and eco tour to see manitees. Kitchen had all necessary equipment to eat breakfast and lunch, and updated appliances. Took parking pass by mistake so I mailed it back to the office.

Second time at this location and it’s perfect for us. Easy access to beach. Less crowded as well on beach. Host was easy to reach and respond. No problems with the stay at all. We will be back again.

We absolutely love staying here! Great location, condo is beautiful and perfectly located across from laundry room, which makes it SO convenient! I love walking on the beach and seeing the spectacular sunrises! We have gotten to know some of the permanent residents, which makes us feel so at home! The owner Stacey is quick to respond and to help in any measure needed! Highly recommend and can't wait until our next time there!

We absolutely loved our stay here. There was ample space in the condo, plenty of kitchen equipment to cook meals and the bed was really comfortable. The location of the unit was ideal- short walk to the pool and beach and short walk to the car. We enjoyed sitting outside on the balcony, as well. We will def. stay here again if we come back. The town of NSB is super cute with lots of fun places to eat.

The location of this quaint condo is very nice. Off the parking allowed section of the beach allows for almost private beach experience. A market and a couple of eating places are right across the street with many more only blocks away. The condo is well furnished and very comfortable. There were no problems whatsoever. Owner communicated check in and check out completely and it was very easy. Would definitely stay here again.

The unit was very well equipped including beach gear, everything you need in a kitchen and nice patio furniture. It was very pleasant to sit out and listen to the ocean. Easy access to the beach and pool. Luckily the reconstruction was not next to the unit but there is a lot nearby.

Wonderful condo with everything you need! Decorated beautifully and the bed is so comfortable. I slept better than I do at home. The location is perfect. Beautiful grounds and lovely pool ocean front.

It was also our first time to New Smyrna and we loved it. We’re close to being snowbirds and this is now on our list.

The Condo in New Smyrna Beach was excellent. Excellent being the location, cleanliness, accessibility. This rental is right in the middle of great dining and having access to being right on the beach. I am looking forward to renting again in the future.

Stacey was an amazing host! The property presented as listed and was clean, well prepared for our arrival. Her communication was really excellent and there were many extras available to us during our stay, such as plenty of basic supplies (trash liners, dishwasher soap, dish soap, towels, sheets, blankets, etc.). This is especially appreciated as it prevented us from having to purchase small quantities of those things for the week.
The sunrises from the balcony were spectacular and the entire stay was wonderful. I would rent this property again...we enjoyed it that much. Thank you for being so welcoming and prepared for our visit! Bravo!!

This was a wonderful experience! As others have mentioned, sitting on the balcony so close to the beach was a daily treat. The new stairs to the beach are so well built that they feel indestructible. Close to restaurants and shopping, this location works for any visitor. It's quiet at night and there's always room to park. Stacey was available by phone or email for any questions. The condo is so well stocked with anything you'd need----the kitchen beats mine at home!

My husband and I stayed here for our anniversary. The condo was exceptionally clean!!! It is spacious and has all the amenities to make it feel like home. They also included everything you would need for the beach which was a plus!!! We loved watching sunrise, and going for long walks on the beach!!! We would definitely recommend this condo!!!

Communication with Stacey was great. When we arrived at the condo, there was a luggage cart and elevator to bring our things in. The condo was real clean and larger than we were expecting. The condo is on the 2nd floor and the extras she provides were a plus since we flew in and rented a car. The beach is wonderful and we walked on it almost every day in our 2 week stay. Not far from Flagler Beach, stores and restaurants. So perfect for a couple.
