This is truly a home away from home. Fully renovated in 2020 from floor to ceiling. All the amenities you will need in your paradise getaway. Fully equipped kitchen, central a/c, TV's with wired internet service in every room. Direct access to the beach. Community pool, basketball, BBQ. Walk to hotels, restaurants, shops. Isla Verde Beach has been regarded as one of the best urban beaches in the world. 4 beach chairs and beach towels.

Eduardo was an outstanding host. He was responsive, flexible with our arrival, and provided excellent recommendations for places to explore, dine, and enjoy during our stay.The condo was beautiful, spacious, and spotlessly clean, with all the essentials we could have needed for the beach—chairs, umbrellas, towels, tote bags, and even games. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the space felt safe, quiet, and thoughtfully updated with modern finishes and appliances.One of the highlights was watching the stunning sunsets from the balcony each evening. The beach itself was clean, peaceful, and not overly crowded, with minimal interruptions from vendors, which made for a very relaxing experience.We truly had a wonderful time and would gladly stay here again. Thank you, Eduardo, for providing such a memorable experience for me and my family!

The apartment is in excellent conditions and they have thought about every possible need a guest may have. The air conditioner works great. The location is fantastic and it is in an area with a very good beach. Would definitely stay there again.
