Overall, I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was clean and well maintained, and the location was very strategic, making it convenient to get around. The air conditioning worked well, and the hot water was consistently available, which made the stay comfortable.
Overall, it's a good place to stay, and with a few small improvements, the experience would be even better.
There are a couple of areas that could be improved. The bed made squeaking noises whenever we turned during the night, which affected our sleep. It would also be nice if the hotel provided an extra pillow, as the number of pillows was limited.

Everything but the Tv. Some of the staff like Bella and the other lady Indian whom I forgot your name apologies, was exceptional.
Walls were kinda thin, so if people were loud you’d hear them but most times was good. There were mosquitoes so if you could offer your guest anti mozzie gadgets would be great thanks. Might wanna fix your Tv service as in if there is nothing to watch gets kinda boring in the room.

Near to paradigm mall & many shops nearby
1. Parking is hassle - no designated lots, & can only pay via the mbjt apps.
2. Should leave about 3'x1.5' space for Muslim customer to pray, and shd be further from toilet.
