Room smelled of cigarette smoke upon entry, but dissipated after switching on the aircon.
Bedsheets and blankets had some stains on them.

Check in took > 15 mins even though there is no queue. Variety in breakfast buffet can be better. It is limited to 1 type of food per region cuisine. Would prefer of they can offer better spread for Asian cuisine or western cuisine.
Car park validation is very inconvenient. Need to take your physical TnG card for validation at reception and has only 10 mins grace before exit.

Location is superb, staff is friendly and helpful but the overall cleanliness and condition of the property should be improved drastically.

Room was well maintained and clean. Front desk is helpful. However buffet breakfast was disappointing and not many varieties.
