Nice modern and clean apartment with one bedroom and double sofa-bed in the kitchen. Kitchen is well equipped with coffee machine, oven, freezer and fridge. Toilet is separated from shower. No key, no card, everything is digital - easy checkin. Fan available

It’s a good location, room was spacious and looked appealing. Self check in is easy via app. Overall good experience.
WiFi password was wrong. It can be tricky to find a parking spot nearby.

The apartment is big with a lot of daylight, high ceiling, new and modern interiors. The sun is in the room most of the day - this makes it a really cool and beautiful place. Good access system - open doors either with a code or with a mobile. 10min walk to the city center. I find the value to be good and it is a nice modern place but it has quite a few things to work on to improve.
Overall, nice place if you just stay over a weekend.
I really wanted to like the place but it is hard to do when you realize it was build for rent and those who rent it never bothered with the practicalities.
- cleanness was ok, until we opened up a bed side table - there were pack of condoms and other items. The cleaner probably didn’t even know you could open these side tables;)
- the apartment is facing the road yet the sound isolation is not great - take earplugs with you. On weekends it is pretty chill but on weekday there is a lot of traffic.
- the top cabinets in the kitchen, where all the glasses are is on 2m hight. If you are short you can’t even reach it.
- the shower has no shelve or holder for the shower gel - the bottle just stands on the floor
- the shower gel is a cheap 3in1 kind. No separate conditioner or body lotion
- no trash can in the bathroom
- no towel dry track
- no bathrobe or slippers.
- cheap toilet paper - feels like a sandpaper.
Overall - lots of small details that are missing to make it a great place, because the host never tried to live this rental unit themselves.

We had mixed feelings about this accommodation. The location is good, although not the most attractive part of the city. It is close to the city centre and public transport, with the tram around a 7–8-minute walk away and buses and trolleybuses nearby. The building is new, the keyless entry system worked perfectly, and the apartment itself is spacious, tasteful and decorated in a minimalist style. The materials, furnishings and appliances all appear to be of high quality. Unfortunately, this is where most of the positives end.
The apartment is managed by an agency, which made communication unnecessarily difficult. I had an issue with my reservation, probably partly due to my own mistake, but it should have been relatively easy to resolve. Instead, for several days I received generic responses from different agents, none of whom seemed to make a real effort to solve the problem. In the end, it was only resolved after I threatened to cancel the reservation.
The apartment is, as mentioned, minimalist, but unfortunately to the point where basic functionality suffers. The large bathroom window has no curtain or blind, so there is very little privacy while showering. An apartment advertised for three or four people has only two clothes hangers and a rather impractical coat rack near the entrance. There were also not enough glasses and cutlery, so we had to run the dishwasher just to have something to drink our coffee from. We were unable to get the air conditioning to work, and the instructions proved useless. Since there were also two fans in the apartment, we started to wonder whether the air conditioning was actually functional at all — otherwise, why would two fans be needed? Finally, if you are planning for someone to sleep on the sofa in the living room, be aware that it is quite uncomfortable, and the bathroom can only be accessed through the bedroom, meaning that anyone using it may disturb the people sleeping there.
